"Of the two rooms we rented, the shower in one didn't work, and the WiFi in the other didn't work. The breakfast bore no resemblance to the pictures on the website (no fruit at all, no croissants, and the tuna was the cheapest and tasteless). The hotel doesn't have a pool, which is unthinkable for a resort town. Don't be fooled by the price! Comfort is key."

Good bed and kitchen,we were family of 5 and we had everything we need .Of course we brought from home what we did not expect that will be in this flat like shampoo ,soap,oil for cooking,salt,fan. "We were 4 nights 5 days with the retired people...the hotel looks wonderful but some things not so good....in the little room I got (even I am disabled) I got a bath instead of a shower I asked.....only 3 electric sockets,the furniture is very old...at arrivals very nice with snacks....food was wonderful...but the orange juice is 80%water and 20% juice....wifi is very very slow...in 3 days we asked only the second day to make our room....but coming back at 12.50 it was not done....the personal at the hotel was very nice.....and respectable...."

"I dont normally give reviews but this place is the worst. It is not a resort or hotel it's one apartment subletted. It stinks terribly. It's hard to locate as there is no place called palmore city resort. The owner is rude and unhelpful. We had no water for over 10 hrs and the owner told us its not his fault or problem and refused to assist. Please stay away from here at all costs. It's overpriced, no breakfast, not beachfront as advertised. Rude unhelpful owner"

"Call it the “Cockroach Hotel.”  We discovered one in our bathroom when we woke up in the morning.  When I told the front desk, they offered to kill it for us, but expressed no surprise at one being there. They also never offered us any kind of compensation or discount.  We won’t be staying there again."
