入住時是額濟納旗旅遊淡季，酒店離高速比較近，停車位寬敞，路上幾乎都沒車。入住房間蓮蓬頭是壞的，衹能用頂部花灑，花灑的水也是亂飛的，一開灑一身，關鍵水也不熱，開半天也是是温的，洗的人差點感冒，真的很氣人，避雷吧

房間乾淨整潔，早餐可口，前台服務熱情。
但是，暖氣燒得太暖了，都快把人烤熟了。打電話問前台，説：“是熱力公司統一供暖，無法關掉房間的暖氣，可以開窗散熱，到了後半夜就會温度適宜了。”
出了暖氣太熱之外，總體滿意。

最最惡劣的酒店！早上出房門、房間門框竟然倒下！！！最可恨是酒店方居然連起碼道歉都沒有！
房間非常骯臟、起碼的礦泉都不提供！床品全是黃色的！用了好多年！毛巾是黑的、早餐也非常差、連基本的水果都不提供！
晚餐更差、我們吃後出現過敏嘔吐！可是酒店前台答覆我們、餐廳外包了！
黑店 簡直就是黑惡勢力！我們離開額濟納旗幾天才敢寫這個評語！怕報復！

這家酒店第三次入住了，衹要去新疆，第一腳休息一定在額濟納旗！他家乾淨整潔，裝修大氣風格。這幾年感覺稍微有點使用老化的痕跡。早點是真的可以，尤其是羊雜，好手藝。以後如果還想去新疆或者路過休息，還會選擇泰豪。前台的服務員也暖心
