Mll Mediterranean Bay - Adults Only

Avoid this place at all costs !! Payed for 7 days all inclusive only giving us 6 ... rooms are cleaned to a poor standard and bedding was only changed once since we was here .. the beer here is flat as soon as its poured and the wine is awful.. even though the bar stays open until 12 you have to pay for anything after 11 .. the food isn't all that either and have had to spend well over 400 euro eating out and getting drinks .. avoid avoid avoid !

The hotel is clean and close to the airport. A few friendly people Pieter (Pool Bar) and Femi (Reception) were lovely but unfortunately other members of staff were rude and made us feel unwelcome. The rules are unbelievable and we weren’t really treated like adults. We were kicked out of the restaurant and the lights turned off while we were in there on more than one occasion. No drinks allowed outside unless you pay for it at the pool bar. You have to get your own drinks and they are very strict on this asking for your room number each time. It’s silly that you have to queue up at the bar for soft drinks too. The rules aren’t clear and you can tell staff are annoyed by having to explain the rules to each person perhaps having a sign up on the bar would make it clearer for everyone. Bottom line is that this is not all inclusive. Lots of choice for food, always great choice for salad and hot meals. Food cooked fresh and well presented. We got sent to our room because it clouded over and rained for 10 minutes. A lot of things “not possible” Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend. Nice beach nearby, I’m glad it was hot and sunny, we spent most of our time at the beach.

Honestly, this stay has been quite disappointing and feels like a real waste of money. The reality doesn't match what was advertised at all. There's a constant issue with very loud, intoxicated people, which makes it impossible to enjoy any peace. They claimed we were '50 meters from the beach,' but it's easily a ten-minute walk. And the 'suite' we were given was incredibly small and basic – certainly not what we expected. Even trying to relax on the balcony is out of the question due to the noise from other guests. This place really seems geared only towards those wanting a party atmosphere, and if that's not you, steer clear. The transfer was a complete mess, taking a full three hours with all the waiting. Definitely recommend taking a private car if you have to come here. I'm really upset that the hotel's promises turned out to be so misleading. It's been a truly disappointing experience. It's also frustrating that you can only eat indoors, even though the outdoor seating is completely empty. And despite the stated breakfast time. Even tho you have all inclusive, doesn't makes any difference. The coffee in the machine is for free and the quality coffee in the expensive machine, you will need to pay anyways. The food in the hotel is just okay, nothing special at all, and the meat wasn't even properly cooked!

Para empezar yo le quitaría una estrella con tres va bien Mi puntuación es en base a lo pagado Habitación bien limpieza bien y el baño renovado con plato de ducha Situación bien. , cerca de todo incluido parda para el aeropuerto Restaurante comida depende del día , los primeros días bien y los últimos peor , se nota mucho el ahorro en calidad y es una pena por que la comida está bien cocinada en el comedor las mesas están muy juntas. El todo incluido es sin alcohol , los cafés de la cafetería están buenos La animación de la noche flojita Repetiría si lo encuentro a buen precio y se mejorase un poco la calidad de la comida.

Las habitaciones muy limpias, exteriores y con balcón y un baño muy coqueto y moderno. Y nos recibieron con las toallas, simulando un cisne sobre la cama, todo un detalle. La ubicación es el único pero .Esta a unos 500 m de la playa . Está muy cerca del aeropuerto, que esto es una cosa buena y muy cerca de Palma la capital
