On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of L'Estartit, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (25 x 12 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Private: terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, parking at the house. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 4.6 km, sandy beach "Platja de L'Estartit" 4 km, diving center 4.2 km. Sports harbour 3.4 km, sailing school 3.4 km, tennis 1.3 km, riding stable 4.5 km. Nearby attractions: Ruinas greco-romanas d'Empùries 18 km, Pitch and Putt Gualta -18 hoyos 5.7 km, Parque acuatico Aquadiver Platja d'Aro 37 km, Aeroclub L'Estartit 4.4 km, Karting 3.7 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 41 km. The swimming pool is shared between 20 houses and is located in a different street from the house. 2-room terraced house 40 m2. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 2 folding beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). Exit to the patio. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Boiler (50 litres). No heating option. Large terrace 3 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. The house in general is quite good. The location is good and the pool is very nice. It has a double room and a sofa bed. When we arrived the latter was out of order and they provided us with a couple of folding beds with super thin mattresses. Between the
