A Lifesaving Experience — More Than Just a Hotel I can’t thank this hotel enough. During my trip to Cuba, my bank cards were stolen and I suddenly found myself in a very stressful situation with no way to access cash. The hotel team went above and beyond — not only did they arrange to pick me up from the airport, but they also made me feel completely safe and supported from the moment I arrived. They showed genuine care, helped me get settled, and even found a creative way for me to pay online through a secure link so I could access some emergency funds. In a country where it’s difficult to sort things quickly, their kindness, patience, and resourcefulness made all the difference. This wasn’t just good service — it was humanity at its best. I will never forget what they did for me. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cuba, especially if you’re looking for a place with people you can truly trust.

I had a wonderful stay at Voya Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special—they were incredibly helpful, hospitable, and genuinely kind. We stayed in their best suite with balcony at more than $500.a night for four days. This room would be equal to a $175 room in the US. The food was excellent, The power went out every day but they have generator that powers all but the ac so they provided fans. Booking a historical car ride through The front desk is a sham as they charge $100 yet the same tour is only $60. If you take a taxi downtown..The front desk provides taxi service but adds a big surcharge so beware.the hotel is nice but very pricy for their rooms and they hit you for extra fees every chance they can.

Stayed here with my family over Christmas. Absolut fantastic this place in all aspects !!! The BEST Hotel in Havanna - Why: - impressive service all across - restaurant just excellent food - interior very luxurious - very modern with local colonial touch - small pool and bar very relaxing atmosphere Dont miss this place ! After the Voya Boutique Hotel we went to Varadero (a Melia Hotel) - Varadero terrible place - run down hotels - average beaches - horrible food - Dont go there !

From the moment we arrived at Voya Boutique Hotel, we felt like we were stepping into a tranquil oasis in the middle of vibrant Havana. The design is absolutely stunning , a perfect blend of Cuban charm and modern elegance. Every corner of the hotel feels carefully curated, with attention to the smallest details. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a super comfortable bed All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. Voya is more than just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly recommended!❤️❤️❤️
