"I withdraw my 5 stars review, after stuff change I have received the worst welcome from someone called Mahdi. Not saying the truth regarding the availability nothing as an upgrade as a diamond member. The hotel is almost empty and I verified myself on Accor application, I also verified on **********, *********** and Agoda and the same and all types of suits are available. I returned back to the receptionist and I told him the other types are available he told me yes there is a misunderstanding which let me ended up the conversation."

"This African inspired hotel provided a nice stay. The suite we got was big and designed as a clay clad African hut. Very charming. The water in the shower had to be pre-heated which stole a couple of minutes before the shower but otherwise the room was great. They have spa treatments which we tried and they were equally good. Dinner was good and the dining room is nice. You can get rather close with a car here (50-100m) but it is still a bit tricky to find the entrance. The area around is not a tourist area and we got quite looked at when we walked around. But I think I'd like to stay here again if passing by El Jadida."

"When they say ‘quaint’ and ‘charming’ what they mean is old and decrepit. Our room was in the old church part which overlooks a refuse laden carpark. No aircon, just a fan and a weird assortment of old and dirty furniture. Breakfast basic. We found the while experience just odd and unpleasant. The historic ramparts that this hotel is close too are nothing special - there are better ones in Essaouria and Tangier."
