"Rooms pretty sick, black leather couch, AirPlay on the tv that not even these “boujee hotels” have. That was my favorite part being able to bump off the tv, room was clean had a table with two chair it was a great spot to kick it. Dude was chill, he even tried giving me cash for making us leave 30 mins early (which was our fault we came late ) honestly didn’t know El Monte had this spot gonna be going there a lot now."

Scenic Motel - El Monte
"Even though this motel didn’t offer much of a scenic view due to construction workers seal coating the motel parking lot in the morning, I still enjoyed my stay because the room came with a 55 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix and YouTube among other apps. Additionally there was a full length mirror, coat rack, luggage rack, air conditioning unit, microwave, refrigerator, hand sink and complimentary soap bars in the bathroom. The motel is easily accessible by public transit and there is a chevron gas station right across from it. Beware that this motel requires $20 cash deposit at check in. Also they don’t have guest laundry facilities, gym, swimming pool, ice and vending machines. Also I was awoken in the morning by construction workers who were using leaf blowers outside my room door."
