Ottimo il ristorante! Peccato che dopo aver prenotato un tour privato per 11200 pesos poi ci è stato cancellato e trovato un altro a 12800 pesos

The property is small and although not right in the beach it is only. ashore walk through the garden and past a few bungalows to the beach. Not sealt a swimable beach, a bit muddy during low tide. The staff were friendly enough but the toilet continues to have problems with flushing so I assume that either the sceptic tank has not been cleaned out for a long time or there is a plumbing problem, either way we solved the problem by putting sufficient water in the plast ic trash can and would use this to flush through after a big message, all in all not nice when staying two nights, and seeing that management did not do anything about this ( as reported in an earlier review). The bar busy the beach is uninspir8ng, no wonder all guests go nextdoor for happy hour drinks! Suggest to take the pool away and put a nice bar area so guest can enjoy sunset with a great bartender and incredible service then you could be way ahead. The owner manager should sit there every day and talk to guests to find out why guests don’t sit there and fix the problem, not rocket science. Breakfast service team and garden pool bar team zaling a good job.

It was a memorable experience for us. It’s really recommendable to stay here. The only problem is the plumbing, but overall our stay was 💯!!

Well, I was rarely disappointed at this level. In fact the hotel has 2 parts : first one with big villas (look nice), restaurant, swimming pool and second one with small houses, bar and access to the beach. To go to the area, you have to get outside the resort, use a common walkway with a house destroyed (see pictures) and then access to the house. We were not lucky because of weather (tropical storm) but the roof was leaking (was repaired, but then another leakage appeared). One villa was flooded… Bathroom with minimum equipment and low pressure/ low flow. No amenities. Mattress so so. Air conditioning was making a huge noise, so you have to choose between sleeping but hot/humid or stay cool but not sleep. Rain was making a huge noise on the roof (the other hotels didn’t make such noise). Construction works on one house starting at 7am several days in a row, not a good way to enjoy holidays… In fact it should be 2 different hotels name, can’t be on same name/brand/pricing. same stan

Атмосферное место, чудесный сад и номера Чувствовали себя, как дома Рядом пляж с лодками – купаться нельзя. Но можно арендовать каяк и доплыть на дикие пляжи за 15 минут, а по дороге встретить черепах. Можно на тук туке доехать до хороших пляжей. Рядом много баров, ресторанов.

Beautiful resort amd great location Excellent stay! Beautiful rooms and a great location. The beach bar is the perfect place to watch the sunset! Lots of other restaurants near by. The hotel staff are all very friendly and looked after us very well. Thank you! Overall very good value for money and we would love to come back one day.

Nice relaxing stay Very pleasant stay! They have a small space but make very good use of it, it never felt crammed. Two small pool areas, a quite good restaurant, and a beach bar. Beach access which is very nice - the beach is not the absolute best in El Nido, but it's nice that the hotel is not closed in like many others. Bring bugspray because there are lots of mosquitos! Also lots of really small ants that are harmless but a bit annoying. A carpet in the entryway of the room would have been good to help with not pulling in sand.

bel hôtel avec un jardin tropical de toute beauté et très bien entretenu. grande chambre proche de la mer, bonne literie, grande SdB avec une douche à l’italienne. Personne souriant, bon PDJ, restaurant sur place, prix corrects et qualité au RDV. La plage n’est pas spécialement belle, mais la piscine fait l’affaire. Personnel souriant et très pro.

At first everything seems nice but on the inside it’s a real mess. Everything started on the second day when we realized our bungalow is full of ants. The ”filtered drinking water”, tables, ceiling, walls and even bed were full of bugs. We immediately contacted the reception (5.30pm) and they said they will contact management. Till this day I dont know if there is any actual management, because the receptionist or us could never contact them🤷🏼‍♂️ The Coco Resorts solution to this ant problem was offering 50% of our last nights payment back to us (not even a full refund for a night we cannot spend because of their aunt problem???) or a ”deep clean” of the room. Trust me, their definition of deep cleaning is far from deep. After hours of trying to get someone to clean the room and trying to contact the management we got confirmation the room was cleaned. Only to find out all the ants were still in there and only the linens and towels were changed😂 It was around 9pm at this time, management was ”not working right now” and housekeeping was also out. Only option was to sleep in a bed full of ants and hope things would turn out better tomorrow. Next morning the management was supposed to be in the lobby at 8am, then 10am, then 1pm but they didn’t show up. Coco Resorts solution was to blame us for the ant problem (supposedly we brought there food when they had sugar etc on the tables before we arrived). I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. There are so many better places to stay for the same/lower price. The staff tried to play it nice but in the end they don’t care about their customers AT ALL. Hard pass.

situé derrière une petite plage et au calme. A 20 bonne minutes a pied du centre d' el nido ville. Restaurant sympa, les " bungalows plage" étaient en revanche un peu trop les uns sur les autres
