Apartamentos Pantebre 3000

Would’ve given 0 stars if I could’ve. Absolutely shocking service and facilities! Paid £1600 for 7 night stay for a studio apartment with mountain view. On arrival we were asked to queue for nearly 2 hours on the stairs behind their office doors to check in. Once we finally get to the appointment we realised that there was no pillowcases, only 2 sheets to shear between family of 4, no duvet covers and not enough towels for all of us. No cot bed provided for our 1 year old either. The apartment we were given had windows facing an other apartments rather than mountains. The place was very poorly maintained, mould on bathroom sealing and broken furniture. We were promised a compensation to make up for the stress our family got put trough, however they actually never honoured it. Absolutely shocking!!!
