"Friendly staff, a really clean and a cool hotel. I love the color contrast created through the choice of the restaurant lighting. Their chicken was amazing, so was tea and vegetables. I would give a 5-star rating. However, their beef sandwich was unsatisfactory. The beef has no seasoning. Besides, the beef appeared tasteless and so chewy - I literally swallowed it whole because it was difficult to digest. "

"We really enjoyed and loved our stay at Poa Place in Eldroret. The staff are very warm and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. Some of our personal favorites were the serene green environment, the spacious and private cottages, a delicious breakfast and the complementary head and shoulder massage. We also enjoyed our time at the Spa where Yvonne did a splendid job in rejuvenating our bodies. Room service was also top notch with attention to detail. Many thanks to Esther, Dan, and Mary for ensuring we had a great stay! We definitely recommend. Oh, and did we already say the location is convenient and easy to access? Definitely recommend."

The fire place came handy for cold weather In Eldoret. The staffs was responsive and warm. "Stayed at this hotel again, breakfast buffet chooce was very good ,the rooms were clean and tidy. Had to change room because toilet didnt flush,but phoned reception and was moved straigh away,so all was good ,located in centre of town and close to most bars and restaurants.l would stay here again. I would recommend a stay here to people."
