Travelodge Elgin

Stayed here for one night in May as we waited for our move in to our new house. Overall, it was a comfortable enough stay. No different to any other Travelodge experience. A massive bonus having parking directly outside - believe me, we’ve had some wild situations in the past. Good shower and nice Breakfast, although as for most of these hotels, the Tea and Coffee facilities are so poor. Location wise, it was just on the cusp of Elgin with a Greggs and Starbucks on the doorstep. The petrol station next door serves as a good ‘snack stop’ (my wife sent me to get some at 10pm haha).

A lovely clean hotel, rooms nice, breakfast very good and staff friendly but the downside to our stay was the fact that our room was on the main road to Aberdeen and it was very noisy all night, it never stopped, even with the window closed the traffic noise was awful, i think travel lodge should have spent a bit more money on sound proofing, I’ve stayed on the car park side before with no issue but unless I could guarantee a room on that side I won’t return.

Pleasant stay at the Elgin Travelodge. Lovely clean room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast, staff were efficient in replenishing food as it was eaten. Will use again when I return to Elgin.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, however being holiday weekend feel it was very overpriced per night stay.

Great prices for rooms and meals snacks and drinks only problem was the mattress needed replaced being woren but staff were rite on it and very helpful so if your looking for even a night away I recommend going here and have breakfast worth every penny

Amazing, stayed for a week over Easter with family. The staff are amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble and proactively ask if we needed anything. The place was spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was fab, even the breakfasts over the Macmoray festival weekend when the place was full to capacity for brekkie. The staff were calm got on with their job and fed the masses with a smile on their faces. I will definitely go back, in fact planning my kept trip. A huge thank you Travelodge Elgin Team x
