Lagomandra Hotel and Spa

Super schönes Hotel fast direkt am wunderschönen Strand, der über eine Brücke unkomplizert erreichbar ist. Grosse saubere Zimmer mit Vollausstattung wie Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Dusche und und und....Es fehlt nichts.

Das Hotel ist Bestens zu empfehlen. Wir fliegen schon viele Jahre auf die Sithonia und sind immer im Lagomandra. Hier findet man Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Lage ist fantastisch und die Zimmer stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie sind geräumig und verfügen über einen Balkon oder Terrasse. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich. Es gibt einen hoteleigenen Pool, der zum Baden einlädt. Das Meer befindet sich ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Die Hoteltaverne lädt zum Essen ein - Preis-Leistung top. Zudem gibt es Bars, die zu einem gemütlichen Cocktail einladen. Das Freizeitangebot ist riesig und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist super freundlich, ein besonderer Dank an Kiriakos. Er spricht ausgesprochen gut Deutsch, gibt Tipps und ist die gute Seele des Hauses für die Gäste. Liebe Grüsse von Ingo und Ivonne...Frühstück und Abendessen ist immer nett angerichtet und geschmacklich prima. Die Anlage des Hotels ist sauber und die Gärtner achten auf jedes Detail. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jedes Jahr wieder im Lagomandra zu sein.

Staying still here, 1st of July till 11th if July. Overall a nice hotel with very good rooms and very good food selection. One if the things that is really annoying is that firstly, you have to pay for the sunbeds on their own beach and secondly if you ate paying, you still don’t have any advantages comparing to outside guests. Although we have been asked several times if we are hotel guests, there was no difference in what you are receiving for the same amount of the money.Also people tend to leave their towels over the night and by doing that to “reserve” the sunbeds for the next day which is unacceptable. The hotel management needs to come up wit a far better plan.

Non sono pienamente soddisfatta di questo soggiorno. Sono due gli alberghi Lagomandra uno lato mare e l’altro (questo della recensione) lato interno, sono divisi da un ponte ma è possibile usufruire dei servizi di entrambe. La camera (una suite) era ampia, due ambienti e due bagni quindi non male (unico neo in un quattro stelle in 10 giorni un solo cambio di lenzuola non va bene e poi il letto veniva solo coperto e non rifatto, anche le pulizie non erano un granché ), abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione perché molto conveniente ma la cena era tipo mensa aziendale, molte cose ma poca qualità. La cosa assolutamente più scomoda è che l’albergo è in piena salita per cui occorre fare continuamente scale e ripide salite.

It seems to be a tendency throughout many hotels in Greece - not to keep their standards to the stars they claim to represent. Location. The location of the upper hotel (because you’ll see that there is just the same hotel across the road and much closer to the beach) is fairly good. Couple of things to consider before booking: you will/might be walking a lot upstairs and downstairs to get to wherever you need. The hotel is built on the slope, hence you will be experiencing some instability in water pressure while taking a shower! Cleanliness. I paid little attention to cleanliness in the room (we were in room 326) but according to my wife- no more than 3 stars. Internet. To me, the biggest issue was their WiFi. This was the worst 🛜 I’ve ever experienced in the hotel, sorry Lagomandra. Phone barely connecting to 🛜, then it drops all the time while you’re attempting to call somebody or simply surfe in the internet. Food. Wasn’t impressed at all, sorry again. I left a photo here of the dish I ordered at the beach restaurant: simply fresh grilled shrimps. It was actually fresh and tasty, must admit. Beach. All good here! Just need to take a 5 minutes walk from your hotel room to the beach. The water is clean, you can order some stuff from the bar of course. Parking. Free, but I think they are struggling with parking spots when a lot of guests come at once.

The room was spacious and not so clean especially the bathroom and balcony. A lot bugs around even in the room photos added . The air conditioner produce very strange Noise and was not possible to sleep with this kind of noise. The noise didn’t stop even if you pull out the electricity card. After complain, some stuff come to see the problem, but never come back to fix it. The food in the restaurant was OK. And the most kind guys where the chief in the restaurant which were so professional to explain about the fasting food and offering additional options
