Interior renovated with new kitchen. Outdoor area / pool would need an overhaul slowly. Appropriate, but it is crumbling... Pool of a good size, with sun exposure almost all day. Sun is a problem with a non- functioning parasol on this property, since the

House very well placed, close to the sea, pebble beach. The exceptional swimming pool! Impeccable bedding and air conditioning at the top. On the other hand, the wifi does not work at all and the washing machine is starting to be a bit old. Nevertheless,
