"Amazingly clean hotel with tip top service. Breakfast was great and delicious. Many small touches in the room made it a lovely experience such as complimentary fruits basket, a bad with a note with some scented amenities, tea leaves for tea set instead of the usual tea bags, Japanese style toilet bowl. You can arrange for a pickup from the train station 1 day earlier if you are arriving by train. The hotel is a out halfway up the mountain. There is a shuttle bus station right outside the hotel where u can take to near the peak. Also right beside the hotel is a 1-2km walking path to 1 of the sights - well worth a walk with the scenery along the wa"

"The receptionist and the exterior appearance of the hotel look good and welcoming. However, the room itself feels quite old. The bathroom is designed in black color, including the toilet bowl, which makes it difficult to tell whether it is properly cleaned. In addition, the water pressure in the bathroom is quite low. The hot spring is open-air and does not provide much privacy, so it was not very comfortable to use. The breakfast selection is simple but still nice and healthy, with items such as buns, potatoes, soya milk, and vegetables. The location is good and within walking distance to Baoguo Temple. The Emeishan Baoguo Temple bus station, which is the pickup point for sightseeing buses, is about a 5-minute drive away. However, walking there is not very convenient as there is only a road and no proper pedestrian walkway."

"We had a perfect stay at the Emmy Mountain Hot Spring Hotel. Everything was great — the hot spring facilities were excellent, and our child really enjoyed them. The whole family had a very comfortable and relaxing experience. What made our stay truly special was the incredible hospitality. A special mention to one of the managers, Wan Li, who went far above and beyond her duty. She helped us with translation, gave us great advice on places to visit around Emei Mountain and Leshan, and made sure we felt completely at ease throughout our trip. Her kindness and support made a real difference for our family. Thank you to Wan Li and the entire hotel team. Everything was just right — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area."

"Came here on a friend's recommendation, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! First off, all the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome, especially D., our concierge. She was so thoughtful, checking in beforehand about our stay. When she found out my child was celebrating a birthday soon, she even decorated the room and gifted a small cake! My child was overjoyed and wants to come back again 😊. The hotel offers a variety of activities for kids from morning to night, plus a pool and hot spring. You can also feed koi and see swans, making it perfect for a family trip. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with smart voice control – a really nice touch. The only small issue was mosquitoes at night. Just remember to turn on the mosquito repellent before bed to avoid being woken up by them!"

"We had an amazing time at our stay at the resort. Our room at the most top has a private hot spring pool all by ourselves overlooking the mountain. The resort is surrounded by trees in the mountain and we absolutely enjoy the serenity. We had our dinner at the resort after a short hike back and the staff set our table at the balcony of the restaurant overlooking the mountain, with delicious dinner served. The staff at the resort offer absolutely good service and help to make sure our stay is worried free. We enjoy every minute of our stay and the overall service is top notch."

"This is truly a zen hotel. Total relaxation even before we visit Mount Emeishan which unluckily for me it was a raining day at Mt Emei and I was unable to fully enjoy the scenic area. However the hotel experience somehow make up to the disappointment and I have a very relax holiday at this hot spring resort instead. The bonus was it was only a short walk to Baguo Temple. This hotel is highly recommended and the tatami room is large and the bed.... Nice!!!"

The location is excellent – right across from the Visitor Center, so we could buy tickets and catch a bus in just a 3-minute walk. The hotel service was also very good. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant offered a rich variety, including local specialties like Bo Bo Chicken, Tofu Pudding, Qiao Jiao Beef Noodles, and grilled sausages. There were plenty of options suitable for children too, which was a big plus! 👍 Highly recommended; we'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit! 🏨"

"I came to Mount Emei expecting just a place to stay, but Aranya gave me a surprise far beyond my expectations. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was instantly soothed by the overwhelming greenery. The hotel is built into the mountain, surrounded by dense forests. Especially the ancient Phoebe zhennan tree, standing quietly there, gives off a calming and healing power. What impressed me most about the hotel were the glass windows everywhere; each window offered a different view, and every glance was a picturesque scene. Aranya's service is that perfectly warm kind – not overly enthusiastic or intrusive, yet thoughtfully present in every detail. From the considerate communication before check-in to the warm welcome upon arrival, the entire experience made me feel incredibly comfortable. The staff proactively helped with luggage and patiently introduced the hotel facilities and local attractions. Their new spring menu, 'Spring Flavors in Aranya,' is said to feature local ingredients from Leshan and Mount Emei. Every dish was a delightful surprise, and I particularly loved the 'Guaiwei Snowflake Beef.' The meat was tender, and the accompanying 'Guaiwei' (peculiar flavor) sauce was simply a perfect match! I only stayed for one day this time, but I know that when I come back, I will definitely choose this place again."
