The location, the best. The room although clean, is not the vibe the photographs detail or maybe we just got a Lemmon. No toilet seat, no exhaust fan working on the central system , tv remotes inoperable and the worst yet ac lack of cooling. While the ac did run the humidity in the room maintained a 75-81%. Not comfortable for 4 nights. The door shade broken not a deal breaker, but when your the door at the top of the stairs everyone walks by, the privacy is limited. The pool is great, rooms clean and reasonably priced, however for the best stay check your room before moving in. That’s the talk around the pool from guests. Cheers!

Quite disappointing. First, we had to wait 1 hour before seeing someone at the Front Desk, and the same when calling. We left messages as requested, but never had a return call or answer. I called for a blanket, left 2 messages on their voicemail, and never received the blanket or a return call. There is only a refrigerator, a microwave, and a little plastic coffee maker with foam cups, and a note saying to call the front desk if you want more coffee, sugar, or wooden sticks, but they NEVER answered. No extra blanket for the bed, which comes with a thin duvet and a sheet, so it can be chilly, and the sofa bed does not have a blanket, so it is useless. All in all, it was a disappointing experience.

Room reeked of mildew and mold. The dehumidifier was full. I went and asked reception about someone in maintenance to empty it and get it running. They acted put upon but said one of them would be along in a while. We waited, then we figured out how to empty the thing without spilling water everywhere, it was so full. I still have a headache two days later.

The hotel was nice, convenient to shopping and dining and right on the beach with a pool. I would recommend staying here.

This place is a roach motel, not a resort. When you walk in the room the smell of mildew is so strong it makes your nose burn, the second night we were there a cockroach crawled out from under the couch. The staff dismissed these concerns. The beds are very uncomfortable. There is no elevator. You have to walk to a different building to retrieve towels, toilet paper, etc. The bathroom had mold in it. The area around it is very run down. Dining options are terrible.

They Don’t Care! This place doesn’t care about your satisfaction. When I complained about the cleanliness and lack of service the person at the counter said “What do you want me to do about it?! We don’t have the people!” She also explained that the $300 a night had nothing to do with quality, just the demand for rooms.
