Super hôtel , super accueil et très gentil .

Une rénovation très réussie pour cette ancienne ferme située au dessus d’Encamp. Oubliés les bruits et la foule andoranne: on est dans un espace de sérénité complet, avec accès direct au chemin de randonnée les Pardines. Accueil excellent et chaleureux, chambres design et confortables. Le Spa et sa piscine intérieure sont très agréables. Un bel endroit pour décompresser en pleine nature et prendre de la hauteur.

Ein Kleinod in den Bergen bei Encamp. Das Les Pardines gehört definitiv zu den top of the list "Refugien" in Andorra. Der Borda Style des Hotels, das absolut unaufdringliche, immer freundliche Personal sowie die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten sorgen für einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben das Les Pardines als Basis für einige der schönsten Motorrad Touren im Prinzipat genutzt. Im Sommer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt auch für ausgedehnte Wanderung. Die Küche ist tiptop. Das Spa erholsam nach anstrengenden "Hikes". Die Tipps für Pass-Fahrten und Wanderrouten von Inhaber Josep waren einfach großartig. Man spürt, dass hier Familientradition, auch Landwirtschaft (der Ursprung des Gutes) und gehobene Hotelerie eine ganz tolle Symbiose eingegangen sind. Bisweilen richtig familär. Einfach nur prima.

Un hotel maravilloso en un entorno natural exquisito. Una antigua masía convertida en uno de los mejores hoteles boutique en los que he estado. Un spa increible. Con la masajista Lisa que no os podeis perder, un restaurante que merece una estrella Michelin. Las habitaciones preciosas, la cama grande y comoda, ducha increible, sabanas como para un principe, un lugar muy recomendable

Je ne garde pas un bon souvenir de notre escapade en amoureux . Hôtel très mal insonorisé alors que l’on venait pour se ressourcer sans enfant et un inconfort à cause de la température de la chambre très élevée , dans l’impossibilité de baisser la température. Le spa de l’hôtel sympa mais excessivement déçue par le massage. Nous avons tout signalé à la réception mais RAS. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel dommage car nous adorons l’Andorre et ses magnifiques hôtels

Hotel did not come my expectations .The design of hotel is cool ,service is good ,but very strange conception with a glass door for shower and toilet .You can hear all the noise and I found it strange it is ok if you leave alone .Spa is for additional payment 25 eur per person for 1 hour ,and spa is small .In most hotels it is included and much better .No mini bar in the room ,no space for clothes ,it was uncomfortable .We did not like restaurant as breakfast costs 40 eur per person and as a fact it is very small variety of food ,especially for people who does not eat meat.For 40 eur I expected really good breakfast .I did not like coffee ,no vegetables no greens ,no fish .I found my ski boots wet after ski room ,it was sad .I can not say hotel is awful .not.It is ok,but they should improve a lot of things .But I will not visit that hotel in the future
