Comfy room, comfy bed . Good nights sleep. pathetic shower. Staff were lovely . Special mention to Masha, Mantas, and chef Alex . Couldn’t have been nicer . Second night, food was not so good- different chef ! Bonus of this hotel is that it has secure car parking .

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 Dirty rooms Air con didn’t work so was blowing warm air out Reception staff non existent Then when you raise a complaint via premier inn online they fob you off I would personally avoid this place and I will not be staying at a premier inn again!

Bibi welcomed us upon arrival and she was so hospitable and kind. The rooms were comfy and clean! Our key cards didn’t work to unlock the entrance after-hours, but the man in night watch let us in no problem. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Ally Pally

I visited the premier inn new southgate throughout April and the service i received was of very high standards and definitely reached my expectations. The room was cosy, the bed was very comfortable, i had great night sleeps I would also like to add that Mantas was very friendly, polite and his customer service was great, thank you Mantas

The staff are super friendly and sweet! Sonila and Mantos at the front desk were super helpful! We had to get new room keys a couple of times, but the staff, especially Sonila at the front desk, were super kind and accommodating and any issues we had were resolved quickly and easily. Also, the hotel dinner, bacon cheeseburger, was super delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and is located in a relatively quiet area with lots of trees. :)

Rooms were very comfortable and extremly clean. Sonia was very nice and extremely helpful. Also Montos was very professional. Both of them were very friendly. Always considerate to our needs. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!
