The location was convenient for us. The price was right, especially for what we got with it. The first impression was the creaky, slow elevator. Each time I got on I hoped I made it to my destination. The fitness room was not air-conditioned, and there was no water cooler available in the room. the heat of this week it made it practically unusable. The breakfast was mediocre at best. It was sausage, gravy and biscuits, which really was just a highly seasoned gravy. The typical buffet, fried egg, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, and some danishes. The rooms need to be freshened up. The wallpaper and paint is scraped up. The bathroom tub caulking had black mold and the corner of the wall at some kind of damage and rust that needed to be repaired. The front desk, though friendly, was inattentive and not always available. There is a small pool in the back. We did not use it, but observed many people enjoying the area.
