Es nuestro cuarto año que vamos a este hotel , la verdad que cuando seguimos yendo es porque es un entorno estupendo para descansar , estar tumbado en la cama y escuchar el sonido del mar no tiene precio .Si que es verdad que hay algunas cosillas que mejorar y que nos gustaría aportar para que se mejorase , los colchones y almohadas que fuesen más cómodas , el tema de los ascensores es algo que debería plantarse mejor o buscar posibilidades son muchas personas para dos ascensores .Y el buffet está muy bien ni mucho ni poco , lo justo y necesario pero si es verdad que algo repetitivo .Otra cosita es que otros años anteriores siempre nos dejaban un detallito que engrandecía la marca . Y por último la animación nocturna bien , pero se queda pequeño el espacio . Son cositas que opino para que se mejoren por supuesto y que para que el año que viene sea nuestra estancia mejor .Muchas gracias por estas vacaciones .Eso sí el todo incluido de los mejores que ido super completo y personal fenonenal .

Ideal para ir en familia hotel con todo huespedes nacionales, lugar super tranquilo apartado de todo, pero todo todo , con 2 piscinas una con toboganes , la otra von sombra toda la tarde por su ubicacion y acceso directo a la playa. El personal te hace sentir como en casa. Hemos estado en otros hoteles en todo incluido y nunca nos habían puesto primeras marcas, en snacks y bebidas, sin duda repetiremos.

Una vergüenza!!! Hemos cogido este hotel x la página de Atrapalo para 2 adultos y niña de 13 años (q ya paga como adulto) en régimen de Todo Incluido y ahora nos enteramos (x casualidad, x q nadie nos lo ha comunicado) q ha cambiado la política del hotel a un "solo adultos" y ya sin opción de Todo Incluido. Y no nos dan solución!!! Nos quedamos sin vacaciones y punto. Y menos mal q nos hemos dado cuenta aún estando en casa, x q si nos trasladamos a un montón de kilómetros y nos vemos sin hotel... VERGONZOSO!! Y me pongo en contacto con el hotel para q supieran lo q está ocurriendo y encima se ponen bordes y desagradables conmigo. Q NADIE RESERVE ESTE HOTEL!!!

Un 10 a todo comida ,limpieza , camareros ,animación etc vistas espectaculares , hotel muy familiar los niños se lo pasaron genial ,no se querian ir. El único pero es que no había picos o regaña en las comidas .Al finalizar la estancias nos dieron un detalle para el viaje de vuelta y a mitad de la estancia también nos dejaron en la habitación otro detallito. Muchas gracias volveros
