Magnotel Hotel (Enshi Railway Station Airport)

This experience was simply amazing! As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be attracted by its elegant and grand decoration style. The warm lighting makes people feel particularly comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I had a very good sleep. Moreover, the room is well soundproofed and no noise from outside can be heard at all.

This stay was great! As soon as I entered the hotel, I found the lobby to be spacious and bright. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. The check-in process was very fast, and they also kindly recommended interesting places and delicious restaurants in the surrounding area to me. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities and equipment. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel's dining is even better, with a rich variety of breakfast options and the taste is quite good. I was really satisfied with this stay. Everything was impeccable and I must give it a five-star rating! I will choose this hotel again when I come here in the future and strongly recommend it to everyone!

地理位置超級棒，恩施旅遊絕大部分要在客運站乘坐大巴車前往景點，這就酒店離客運站很近，走路5分鐘就能到，酒店出門過馬路就是公交站，在市內逛土司城和女兒城或者在文化廣場觀看西蘭卡普表演都很便利，公交直達，周圍便利店、餐廳也很多（樓下的燒烤也很好吃，店主還養了一衹超級可愛的狗狗）。酒店環境也非常棒，前台還給免費升級了房型，服務十分不錯，推薦大家來恩施旅遊選擇這家酒店，一定會不虛此行！！ 設施：非常完善 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：非常好，也很安靜 服務：超級棒

硬件上設施還可以，讓人吐槽的事早餐，現在連鎖酒店一般到9點半或者10點，入住時候問了説是到9點，快9點下去的，結果基本上沒什麼吃的了，而且服務員已經坐在餐廳裏面開始吃飯了，到了9點服務員就很快收餐了，收餐之前都不和客人確認是否還需要添加東西，主食區域的東西都反覆加熱好幾天了，包子底下都蒸的變色發軟了，口感很差，也沒有酸奶。 其他連鎖酒店説到9點半，但是9點半去的時候肯定還沒有收餐，而且都是等所有客人都走了，服務員才會在餐廳吃飯，會和客人錯開，而且收餐之前會和客人確認是否還需要添加東西。

酒店位置很便利 就在汽車站後面 汽車站幾乎每個景點都有直通車 附近吃的也超級多 還有超市可以買東西 因為酒店外觀看起來有點舊本來還有點擔心的 結果進到房間裏很驚喜 房間很大很寬敞 採光也好 住得很舒服 前台小姐姐和打掃客房的阿姨人都很好 總之還是蠻推薦的
