Nice and clean room. Hotel has a Chinese restaurant which was excellent. Being in the main business district I thought it would be noisy, but it was not at all. Great hotel if you want to be in the central business district, good views too.

We stayed here for one night before a flight and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the airport with a 24-hour shuttle, which made everything super easy. The room was basic and not particularly modern, but very clean. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with a few solid options to start the day. While on-site, we booked a boat tour to the equator through Gloria’s company (based at the hotel), and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something easy, convenient, and friendly near Lake Victoria

We want to thank Martha for looking after us. We were having difficulty contacting our holiday planner and she helped us to identify a trustworthy tour guide and even gave us her mobile number to contact her further if we needed any more help, even though we were leaving the hotel. We really appreciated the support at a challenging moment. Thank you Martha!

This hotel was unable to work with my schedule adjustments, to be fair I had 2 of them, and they helped me with one. It was difficult for them Im sure, but because of that, I cancelled the entire trip. I did not stay with them, but I sure paid like I did.

The property was undergoing some re-construction in rooms near to mine. This is the only reason that I've ranked the hotel 4-star.

Overpriced and dissapointing Old, outdated and desperate need of being closed for full refurbishmemt. 191gbp for a night stay . Overpriced. Location is great, staff are lovely.

The hotel staff was welcoming. The rooms were clean. Comfortable beds. Very quiet & serene atmosphere. Food was good. Staff was always available on call. Beautiful breeze from lake Victoria. Very truthful staff. Had forgotten a few items in my room when I checked out. Called them 2 days later & they had kept them for me. Very impressive.
