Gave wrong room, always try to away cash change

The service is soooo poor, you need to buy their excellent service, everything talks with money even if they post it free airport pick up and drop off the driver will collect 35 USD for the service.🤕

They charged me of 35 USD for airport pick up and drop off. Taxi can offer 10 USD one way travel to airport. 🥺 Other hotel I stayed in Entebbe charged me 10 USD only for airport pick up and drop off.

It is reported that the shuttle service is free but the return trip to the airport is charged.

So-so, so-so

We dont trust this place, something is wrong there, the Crew looks to be depressed. The freezer was very old and the fan was shiit. This place has monkeys and they come inside to steel ur things if you forgot to close the door. The only good thing there is the view at the Lake.

We stay here every year upon our arrival to UG and then again prior to departure. Our favorite spot is the on the relaxing beach of beautiful Lake Victoria. This year, we were able to enjoy a meal right on the beach provided by the hotel. It was delightful.

It probably used to be nice, but these days, you can find much better for the money. Rooms were dirty with broken air conditioning. We had to ask for everything, including towels and toilet paper. Staff was nice, but didn't seem to know what they were doing. Terrible food for breakfast.

Maybe the hotel has seen better days but wow our stay was rough. The pictures look great but it's a letdown once you get to your room. Rooms are shabby and filled with old and weird furniture. Not much room to move around and its not a comfortable room. The air conditioner never worked and the rooms were warm; the only unit seemed to be on a timer that we had to restart every ten mins and they gave us a fan for the second room that had no unit. The tub leaked terribly-after every shower there was a huge puddle on the floor. I found the service to be good and attentive when we needed them. There are some nice places across the street to have some food and drink. Price is reasonable but you won't get much. Pay a bit extra for comfort this hotel doesn't provide.

Nice beach hotel with good food and Friendly staff. The fish was delicious and the service staff were friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back on weekends and will recommend the hotel to my friends .

The service at the counter was very unfriendly and they overcharged us for two more nights which were already included in the booking even the room service at the end of our stay was very inapropreate which made feel unconfortable and for that reason we can not come back and also can not recomend this hotel.

Ideal for a cheap and quick stopover after or before a flight. Pretty basic hotel but with a nice view of the lake. Didn’t want to take credit cards. Breakfast didn’t appear to be much more than coffee and bananas. But friendly and helpful staff and a free shuttle collection from the airport which was good.
