Newly refurbished, rooms clean & everything in them brand new. Bathroom spotless & new. Bed very comfortable but a bit high for someone with mobility issues. Staff friendly & helpful.

Really enjoyed my stay room are beautiful and clean despite being short staffed the beds are proper mattresses that are so comfy, I didn't want to get up and the breakfast was so good I added full breakfast and continental it didn't disappoint it was proper lush. The staff are so lovely too. Will definitely book here again.

Every thing was spot on.clean and new and roomy. Nothing was too much trouble.asked for extra towels and flat sheet and they were supplied at check in.staff were friendly and very obliging,I can't think of any improvements that could be made,well done.

what can i say everything about my stay was exceptional, the staff were very friendly and helpfull the room was spotless, lovely and comfortable, the restaurant was very clean the breakfast was amazing, i cannot thank the team enough, amazing

Great place shame about the pub going but the scran was still top notch Lovely guys in pub and hotel they did really well and made sure my car was added to the list so I didn’t get charged proper great guys/women Will be staying again soon hopefully

Not up to Premier Inn usual standard. Good: service, convenience, friendly staff. Bad: bedroom and bathroom decor so tired it felt dirty and unpleasant although was actually clean. Rotting woodwork and rusty exposed pipes aren’t acceptable at any price.

Run down hotel, understaffed and no chefs to cook breakfast. The hotel needs a refurb which thankfully it's getting soon. The upper floor is currently inaccessible. The restaurant is an old brewers fayre which has been carved up. My daughter enjoyed playing in the 'room of fans' while we waited for dinner, which was missing 2/3 of the menu as out of stock.

The reception staff were amazingly helpful. If you need to visit someone in Epsom hospital for a few days this is the best place to stay. It's within easy walking distance of the town centre and the hospital. As long as you check the car in at reception there is no parking charges which is a bonus.
