"Property location is good, on national highway. Had breakfast from the hotel, starts little late from 8:30 am, but food was tasty and served in room on request. There is no provision to make tea and coffee in room, but they gave one kettle after requesting them. Hygiene part is ok, needs more improvement. Water pressure in the tap was not sufficient due to frequent power supply change over. The staff was very friendly and helpful and maintained minimum safety standard. This property have sufficient car parking area. The compound is little crowded with locals in the evening, mainly because of bar. Overall experience was ok for one night stay."

XXINWENMarriott's hotels are both good hardware and software, and the price in India is not high. Next to Lulu Supermarket, it is convenient to buy things. The hotel's buffet is very good and the price is very high

Special thanks to Mr Lijo for having a chat either me and also thanks for making my stay at Flora hotel a very satisfying stay even though it was only a night. GGuest UserA fabulous place to stay in fort kochi with a nostalgic dutch neighbourhood. The hotel staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. The in-house restaurant, rasoi serves delicious food. The hotel is located near all major attractions like mattancherry palace, jews town, parades i synagogue, fort kochi. If you are planning to visit kochi this is a good option to stay and enjoy your stay.

AAssadI stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved.
Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well.
Cleanliness-
Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness.

GGuest UserAbad atrium is a must stay hotel. The staff is very courteous and the hotel is in a prime location just behind abad plaza. The amenities like gym and swimming pool are in the 6th floor of abad plaza. The breakfast was buffet and we enjoyed the varieties kept. It was a stop over stay for us.

GGuest UserIt was a nice experience and great place to stay with family. Location also easy accessible area with nice parking facilities. I didn't choose breakfast with my stay but paid buffet service was available and they delivered tasty foods with fresh juices and fruits. Many items was available. All the staffs are very supportive and helpful. Pool facility also good.. Highly recommended place.

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

TTraveling TanSapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
