"The stay at Grand Hyatt was awesome The view of the water from the room was very soothing and rejuvenating The staff is very courteous A big shout out to Chef Latha, Chef Selva, Anirban, Sanjay, Bilini amongst others at Malabar Cafe. They made my stay very memorable - taking me on a culinary journey pampering me as well. The Spa Santata is outstanding My therapist Anagha was very good and had great healing hands. She took great care, was very polite and knew her job well."

FFelicia.Lea7547Our stay at Marriott Kochi was excellent! From the food to the service.. we couldn't have asked for anything more. They were on point for everything! We got a free room upgrade and the staffs were really going the extra mile for us. Food spread was excellent too. Our babies had a great time and actually requested us to take them back to the hotel when we checked-in to another hotel at another state the next day. Will definitely be back here again and highly recommended this hotel to everyone.. A big thank you once again to the management and staffs at Marriott Kochi for the excellent service!!

Special thanks to Mr Lijo for having a chat either me and also thanks for making my stay at Flora hotel a very satisfying stay even though it was only a night. AAustin KitHotel Arches is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Fort Kochi. Fantastic location near a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and cafes. Kerala Cafe is literally next door. The staff are very kind and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The room is basic but very clean. Bed was firm, lots of pillows and comfortable. Room faced the street but was pretty quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Aircon worked well and the room was stocked with water. No wash cloths which could be added as well as a safety deposit box…didn’t see one but also didn’t ask so it could have been there. Hotel felt very safe even as a solo woman traveler. I would definitely stay there again.

GGuest UserFirst day stay was really good, i extended for another day at hotel. There ac wasn’t functioning, i had to change room in the midnight. In the new room given was a twin room, with 2 separate beds which was uncomfortable. And there was leakage in the washroom.

GGuest UserIt was a nice experience and great place to stay with family. Location also easy accessible area with nice parking facilities. I didn't choose breakfast with my stay but paid buffet service was available and they delivered tasty foods with fresh juices and fruits. Many items was available. All the staffs are very supportive and helpful. Pool facility also good.. Highly recommended place.

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

TTraveling TanSapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
