Jacaranda Apartments & Studios

Full review on our return to our office 22/08/2024.Our advice is stay well clear of the studio side of this complex! £1400 for 8 nights! This is a cell not a studio! An absolute rip off of your hard earned cash! These.are nothing more than workers rooms! Very shocked! Will post full picture gallery and write up on return!thankyou.

La señora rubia inglesa, que parecía estar organizando una boda, una completa maleducada, con aires de superioridad nos mandó de malas maneras como si fuéramos perros que fuéramos por otro lado. No se puede tratar así a los clientes con esos aires de superioridad.

Friendliest most down to earth place on the island. Great cocktails and fun entertainment all from a comfortable bed. The host is wonderful and the rooms and food also excellent. If you want a bit of the chilled Ibiza - this is the place to be.

I have visited the jacaranda studio No 5 during my first trip to es canar between the 20th and 25th September 2023. On the final day of my stay, I was robbed of my camera in my studio. I reported it to the reception as I saw a very drunk Spanish guy outside who spoke really loud and looked very drugged out who I was not happy about. I reported the theft to the jacaranda apartments reception as I had not time to go to the police which would have me lose my flight. I am not happy about this and I ask for a full refund.

The place was nice. Natalia did a great job at the pool serving us. She is very friendly and attentive. She even offered us the massage that they have right by the pool. The massage was amazing and they have different types.

Voy a intentar ser lo más breve posible. Nosotros cogimos un apartamento Executive, en el cuál pone que tiene 70 metros. Cuando llegamos al apartamento a eso de las 14:30, sólo había una admistrativa que llevaba 15 días y un chico inglés que de español sabía lo mismo que yo de chino. Cuando bajé a quejarme, la administrativa trató de ayudar pero al ver mi enfado pasó y el chico llamó a una chica que supongo que es la encargada, puso el móvil en altavoz y se pusieron a hablar en inglés. En definitiva le dijo que eso era lo que había y que me dijese que la terraza estaba incluida en el precio. Salvo por este incidente y el apoyo moral de la empresa por la que reserve, tengo que decir que los apartamentos aunque son muy antiguos, les han hecho un lavado de cara y están bastante bien. También es cierto Ibiza es para ver. También quiero resaltar la buena predisposición de un chico sudamericano, que trató en todo momento de solucionar todos nuestros problemas con una sonrisa y mucha amabilidad . Por cierto, a nosotros tampoco nos funcionó la tele y en la habitación, había enchufe en una mesilla y en la otra no
