Club Jandía Princess

Well as someone who was really looking forward to this hotel as was the 6 of us who went.what a dissapointment from the moment we arrived the welcome was somewhat dissapointing.how tui can rate this a 4star hotel leaves me rather bemused.whoever tui employ as travelling inspectors to rate hotels then they should call them in and tell them to up their game.the hotel needs a total refurb throughout.the hotel assured us we where in the adults section meaning no noisy children what do we get a family with 3 young children in the next apartment running up and down and being children on holiday. When my wife told the manager at reception they just shrugged and had no plausible explanation. I asked the young lady on reception next day about changing towels and quite honestly I have never in 40 years of travelling encountered a more miserable human being and we tried to get a smile from her and she was having none of it I walked away from trying to talk to her and said to my friend I think I'll ring the samaritans I've never felt quite depressed.the cleaning in the room was a lot to be desired we left a dead cockroach in our bathroom floor for 7 days before it was finally removed.day we arrived our room safe was not working and we had no hot water for the first day it was eventually .they gave us a small refillable water bottle wich we had to refill everyday thats not 4 star service in my book.the so called quite pool area was on a lower level the next level overlooking the quiet pool was where the drinkers were and the live music so how the hotel could call it the quiet pool considering we had the worst impression of mick jagger and Rod Stewart beggars belief bellowing out all day.wonderful organised management skills that was.on the plus side the food was good but a little repetitious after 8days.so all in all not an enjoyable experience but even writing this tui hotel management will just shrug and palm us of with corporate excuses and told all of my friends and we have been travelling with tui for years and everytime we hope it will all get better but it doesn't so tui have just lost 6 customers who spend an average 8to10 thousand collectively every year but they won't give a damn.they get your money and they couldn't give a damn about service so we will be looking for a more professional travel company one that wants to please there customers and not rip them of all in all a not very pleasurable experience. Very dissapointed

Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel nous avons été accueillis par une réceptionniste très antipathique, qui ne parlait pas le français, elle nous a donné les instructions lié à notre arrivée en nous glissant quand même la phrase " mais pourquoi vous n'avez pas appris l'espagnol avant de venir ?". Ensuite nous sommes allés à la chambre et là en mettant la climatisation on remarque qu'elle ne souffle pas d'air froid. Du coup, nous retournons à la réception a 21h qui nous indique qu'ils vont le signaler au technicien. Le lendemain matin, on retourne a la réception rebelote, le technicien va passer .. Rien ne s'est passé. Mon mari a du envoyer un mail sur le site de l'hôtel en expliquant la situation inacceptable et nous avons enfin eu un retour par mail afin de nous présenter des excuses et nous changer de chambre. L'hôtel est très vieillissant, et très peu entretenue. Les chambres sont nettoyés très rapidement et les draps ne sont pas changé tout les jours, nous avons même eu une journée où personne n'est passé... La literie est vraiment médiocre, on sentait les ressorts. Les piscines ne sont absolument pas chauffés, la seule qui avait une température correct était celle des enfants.... Il faudrait vraiment envisager des structures aquatiques, et terrestre pour les enfants car il n'y a pas grand chose à faire pour eux. La description de l'hôtel complète est à revoir car ça ne reflète pas du tout la réalité

habitación q se cae a pedazos, llena de hormigas, mosquitos, pintura del techo del baño desprensiendose a cachos. Bañera rota , colchón desfondado... si vas gratis iguaL te lo comes, pagando NO SE DEBE ADMITIR ESTE TIPO DE COSAS. lamentable.

Accommodation We had a family room, there was a fold out sofa for the kids, very bad for sleeping. The bathroom was not properly mopped in the corners of the floor, the bath would need replacing. Overall the room was small for a family of 4 and would need renovating. My husband had the mattress replaced. I would rate the accommodation 2 stars max. Food The basic menu was OK but no variation. Same meals all the time. Morning coffee was very poor quality, better only for a fee. Quite often we were looking for a free table, waiting in queues. The staff were obviously not in a hurry. The only opportunity to eat in peace was immediately early in the morning. Swimming pool and hotel facilities The main pool has been reduced, no longer as in the pictures at TUI. The sunbeds were occupied with ‘towels’ as early as 10am. The first one only became available around 3 or 4 pm. Animation and accompanying programs as from the 90's. Beach Beautiful, we were lucky with the weather (light wind) so we could be on the beach often. And it was the best part of the holiday. We were disappointed that the hotel did not match the description. They need to renovate and improve the service or lower the number of stars.

Hotel muy completo y con bastantes servicios. Mejorable la comida y la limpieza de habitaciones. Lo mejor son los animadores, hago mención a @Sergio el mejor, gracias por divertir a los niños, lo haces tan bien que se nota que disfrutas de tu trabajo. Saludos a Canarias, Fuerteventura.

Die Poollandschaft und der Strand ist schön. Die Zimmer sowie die Ausstattung des Hotels könnte erneuert werden. Die Zimmer waren nicht so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Abends wurde es für junge Paare recht langweilig. Gibt aber nebenan Autovermietung. Die wenigen Getränke, die zum AI gehörten, waren nicht wirklich geniessbar.
