"This hotel has the worst service of any Hyatt I have ever stayed at. The overall staff was absent-minded, and no one ever answered the front desk phone or room service. Several times we had to run downstairs to communicate with the front desk. There are no bathrobes in the hotel, which is the first time I have encountered this."

"Cost-effective, convenient check-in, parking. It was just that the blankets in the room were a little dirty and worms, so there was no way to cover them. Other facilities are fine. The air conditioner was old and not too hot. Reception in Chinese :)"

"From the moment we entered we were greated by friendly helpful staff. Room was perfect lovely hot shower. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Nice and hot and very prompt with the delivery. I would happily stay again and l would certainly recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet. Bed and especially the pillow were excellent. Best night's sleep away from home for ages."

"It is close to metro but there’s a car park in between them therefore you have to take stairs/lift. If you don’t have luggage, closest is by bus. Ended up you have to walk more than what it looks like. Room is quite clean, toilet is acceptable."

"From start to finish the service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and nothing we requested was a bother. The apar**ent had all necessities, was clean and had a balcony which was great. The location was excellent. It was close to supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended the Sebel Moonee Ponds and will definitely stay here again."
