Usad el buffet no el restaurante a la carta. Restaurante a la carta pésimo. Hormigas en el baño Aunque las limpieza de las habitaciones muy bien. El personal extraordinario,se desviven porque tú experiencia sea lo mejor posible.

Staff make this hotel We spent a week as a family of 4. While I’m not sure this is truly a 5*, a bit dated overall. However the food was excellent quality, the restaurants were never too busy & the quality of food was very good, in particular at the buffet. It got busier around the pool during the week but was comfortable. The staff were a key highlight, very helpful and always a smile, everyone really, but shout out to Cristina who always had a smile & remembered everyone.

Juste excellent. Fortement recommandé ! Le vrai sens du 5 étoiles ! Une expérience inoubliable ! A refaire sans hésitation.

La estancia fue perfecta desde el primer día hasta el último. El hotel estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas, con una habitación muy espaciosa que estaba impecable todos los días. El spa era tal cómo se espera, muy relajante. El personal fue realmente atento. Aunque todos han sido muy agradables, le damos una mención especial a Pepa, David y Tomy que nos trataron con mucha amabilidad y con cariño cada vez que íbamos al restaurante. Hotel at first seemed lovely although location a bit out of the way in a busy main road with a bridge to cross the road which we couldn’t use as to steep for a manual wheelchair user. On Day 1 PM builders turned up with scaffolding which on Day 2 was being built and Day 3 work began .. bang bang bang not great. Day 3 evening meal we encountered Cockroaches in the dining room by the deserts again not great. Unfortunately we won’t be returning. 3 stars given as room was big appeared clean and staff were nice.

Just checked out this hotel and we had a real poor experience. Rooms are dated and air conditioning in the room barely functioned and ceased working on the last day. Also no privacy door on the toilet!! On the first night we went to the restaurant that was very quiet. After waiting 20 minutes the waiter finally came to the table with bread, I explained I had a food intolerance and said he would be back with some gluten free bread, after 30 minutes no bread, no water and another waiter came to take the order but wasn’t able to help with food intolerances so left. After 40 minutes we decided to leave without ordering. We went to the front desk and spoke to the Manager who apologised and said we could eat in the buffet for free that was not our intention but we accepted. Food in the buffet was very poor, (even had two birds flying around inside the room landing on tables that the staff just ignored). I had rice, vegetables and fish. The rice was cold and foolishly I ate the same. I woke the following morning vomiting ( and other symptoms I won’t describe here). I then spent two days in our room very unwell. My wife reported this and the manager unbelievably offered to send some rice to the room and said there was a pharmacy across the road!!! She then offered to call a doctor. We have now checked out and into a new hotel but 4 days on I am still suffering the effects of the food. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Avoid!!!!!
