酒店房間寬敞舒適，一些廚房設備能夠滿足家題日常需求。温泉很舒服，餐廳的早餐和正餐食物豐富、美味。但美中不足周邊娛樂設施項目偏少，餐廳客人較多時服務有些混亂，導致上菜弄錯。望改進！

I really like the resort style concept as which not many hotels offer in the area such as a Amerispa onsite, access to the lake, hot tubs and 2 pools. It is also great that the pools and hot tubs are open until 11PM.
The restaurant prices are a little too high. A simple glass of wine costs $23 and breakfast is $40/person.
I had booked for 2 adults and 2 minors of the ages 13 & 10. When we got to the room, the sofa bed was too small and they did not leave a blanket and there was only 1 pillow on the bed. We had to ask the desk for the extra blanket, a cot and extra pillows. We also had to ask for extra towels. This part of the service requires improvement. The gym is also very small and does not have much equipment to use.
Other than that, the place is very nice.

Food at lido pool was poor quality. Staff not knowledgeable about activities around resort. Towel at pool very old as well as chairs and installations.

Everything was very beautiful, our view, the food, the service, the room, it was perfect, except for one little thing that would need to be upgraded, the patio set, we spent a lot of time on our patio, and it was really uncomfortable! Thanks to Esterel Resort!
