On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets 1 BR + loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. This unit has an enclosed bedroom downstairs and another bed in the open loft upstairs (no door in between loft and living room). Downstairs there's a bathroom with shower and jetted tub, upstairs there's a toilet and a jetted tub. This unit has a kitchen with mini appliances, full size appliances do not fit with the loft layout, so it has a narrow range, a smaller dishwasher and a mini fridge (under the counter top) - please be aware if you plan to cook (most of our guests don't). Condo has river views from front deck, skylight, fireplace, WiFi internet and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town. Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere. Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation.
