Rooms are tired and hotel is in rather urgent need of renovation. Public areas have old world charm and the bar is particularly nice. The staff is doing great job, especially porters who look like coming straight from movie set. In the evening I spot Glovo delivery boy sneaking into hotel and I found it particularly inappropriate as the hotel has 24 hours room service

Excellent service and friendly staff. They even accompdated our late check out. The hotel is very clean. Would highly recommend.

This is a historical hotel where the author of James Bond books once lived and where one of the movies was filmed. The rooms are good quality. The spa has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage showers, hammam, sauna. However, they refused to give me more than 1 towel per visit. The breakfast is good quality. You can order a custom-made omelette with various ingredients. The fruit choice included mango and papaya even in winter. The only unpleasant moment was that they tried to downgrade the room category for us (give a lower category room than originally booked, even though it was in low season). I have never experienced that before in my entire life. Fortunately, thanks to an efficient intervention of the trip.com customer support, we managed to get the exact room type that we originally booked, but there was a little bit of a stress, so I advise everyone to double-check directly with the hotel what room category you will be put in BEFORE you arrive.
