Our hostess was amazing! so welcoming, friendly and professional. We were a group of 6 on the Clutha Gold trail and received the best hospitality of our 3 day trip. Our accomodation was well appointed, warm and welcoming. We were treated to excellent and abundant food, much of which was locally sourced and were generously offered a bottle of complimentary wine as one of our party was celebrating a birthday. There is an honesty box for purchase of alcohol from the fridge or treats from the cupboard. We would highly recommend a stay here.

What a pleasant surprise to arrive at the cottages - they were lovely and warm with both the fire going and the heat pump. Just like a home away from home with heaps of room in both the house and the cottage for the 6 of us. We had a cheese platter on arrival and the cook your own dinner was super awesome with steak, potato bake, salad and then apple crumble and ice cream dessert. The showers were awesome and the bed super comfy beds. The self- cook breakfast provided was also outstanding with eggs, toast, hash browns, baked beans etc. The owners have gone to great lengths to cater for people and the extra little touches were appreciated.
