The hotel is fully in Hilton’s standards. The location is good, near the lake, 5 min from the pier.
My room was without lake view but it was expected as was not ordered)

The breakfast selection is very good. However, it’s really disappointing that guests are not allowed to take even a single bottle of Evian water to the table, but are only served by the glass. Especially here in Evian, where the water originates, this seems
quite unusual.
„Das Frühstücksangebot ist qualitativ sehr gut. Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass Gästen nicht gestattet wird, eine Flasche Evian-Wasser mit an den Tisch zu nehmen – stattdessen wird ausschliesschlich gestattet nur gläserweise Wasser einzuschenken. Gerade in Evian, dem Ursprungsort dieses Wassers, wirkt diese Praxis sehr befremdlich.“

Nice location- the rooms are simple and clean, but nothing extraordinary. The Spa was a great disappointment, small, only a steam room and a sauna and a small indoor pool (and an outdoor that was closed for the season), no refreshments, and you had to also pay for it. The staff were very friendly and kind. However , the food was terrible - it felt as if it was frozen food that was warmed (and I had two different dishes for dinner two nights), both evenings the food was like warm and very poor quality Overall, ok but did not meet the standard of 4/5* hotel.

Es war einfach Traumhaft. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und man gab uns ein Upgrade des gebuchten Zimmers. So hatten wir die Superior Suite mit Blick auf den See. Tolles Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiter und Top Lage. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

D’une manière générale, l’hôtel est bien, les chambres spacieuses et le spa suffisant.
Toutefois, le service d’accueil a été médiocre (retard pour la chambre, mauvaise chambre, mise en doute de la réservation, etc. ) et personne ne s’est excusé avant notre départ, malgré tous les aléas que je passe sous silence.
Quant au service du restaurant, il est difficile de le qualifier, tellement il est inexistant: arrivés les premiers , nous avons reçu notre plat unique après 1h 15 et en plus, il faisait partie du plat du jour. La salade Cesar n’a aucun goût et après réclamation revient 20’ plus tard avec quelques grains de piment en plus.
Apparemment. la direction de l’hôtel est au courant puisque l’accueil a directement évoqué la question du restaurant quand nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement global. Pourtant, le lendemain, c’était pareil.
Seul le personnel du spa est compétent.
Les femmes de chambre sont sympathiques mais oublient ce qu’on leur a demandé et qui manquait dans la chambre (thé,café).
Bref, côté service on est plus près d’un hôtel Ibis que d’un Hilton.

酒店硬件很好，地理位置優越，出門就是小鎮和日內瓦湖。因為是淡季加上有婚禮，酒店給了免費升級，房間很大，能看到湖景，相當滿意。中間因為重複收城市税的問題找了攜程，很快幫忙解決，點贊！有些小問題，停車場標識不清，酒店wifi斷網，房間陽台上有煙頭，整體細節上還可以做得更好。整體上性價比還是很高的。
