"It took us a while to navigate in the town to find the hotel as google map wasnt very accurate. Im so glad for free parking at the hotel's basement garage as the town's parking was mainly for locals. Room was big and comfortable, making me wish that i have a longer stay here. I love the room layout! I am very appreciative of the body gel, shampoo, hand wash and body lotion provided as the scent is amazing. I do wish there is conditioner and toothbrush though."

"I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The staff were so helpful from offering restaurant suggestions and a map of places to visit. I slept in one day and they went above and beyond to still offer me breakfast. The customer service was amazing and I highly suggest staying here if you are in Evora. A charming little gem. "We just returned from our stay in Evora, what a lovely town it is. Historical and very laid back in a true Alentejo style and food is a completely different and delightful saga! Noble house is 15th century gem,  extremely convenient and is comfortably situated for an enjoyable stay at Evora.  Being a historical building, one has to be prepared to embrace the adaptations made to the building to cater for the modern day living, so expect plenty of charm and scarcity of linear scandi architecture.  Staff, absolutely ran off their feet to please, from special breakfast to cater for the food allergies to changing rooms and treating us for hours as their guests after the formal check out ensuring we are dry after our errands in heavy rain, well hydrated and fed.  My 2 children were thrilled with the comfort, particularly notable on those 2 very rainy days we experienced. All of us enjoyed the delectable breakfast that had all one could expect of an honest continental style breakfast paired with tranquil views over the town land and roof scapes.  Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!"

"It was just an average stay, nothing particularly good or bad. The hotel is across from a cemetery, and the street next to it isn't very clean. Or perhaps the general cleanliness of the city needs improvement. The streetlights at night were also quite dim. The main cathedral and Roman ruins were pretty nice, but be aware that the cobblestone streets here are particularly difficult to walk on."

"I have booked this hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary. This hotel is one of the spa hotels in this area. Main reason we choose this hotel is for their spa facilities. Few days before our arrival my wife made a reservation for massage. You would think during this phone call to their spa it would be a great chance to say that actually our indoor pool and jacuzzi is under renovation. We'll we found out about it during our check in. To be fair turkish sauna and regular sauna was not under renovation, but it should have been. Turkish sauna has small tiles falling of and laying on the floor. There is also a rusty remnant of a pipe where steam used to come out. So I will definitely not recommend this hotel for its Spa facilities. Not in a near future anyway. Stuff was nice and hotel is in great location though."

"We were put in the annexe part of the hotel, slightly depressing accommodation, dirty carpets, damp & bit smelly. Staff are nice but property needs total upgrade. I can't comment about the actual hotel only the annexe part"

"We stayed in Évora for a day and received a very pleasant welcome. The hotelier explained everything to us very well and friendly and marked the most important points on a map for us. "Hotel is located just outside the old city walls so it is easy to explore the old city on foot. There is an underground garage for guests to use. facilities are good and breakfast is decent but somewhat limited due to few staff. The main asset we found is the staff - a team of nice and very helpful young people. Whatever we asked for, the response was immediate and positive. All in all an excellent starting point to explore Evora and the surrounding area."
