Very poor experience. We have used Ace Hotels in France several times whilst travelling. This one was not very clean, 1 pillow each, had to ask for more which sent the receptionist on a hunt around the hotel to obtain more. This is situated within a very busy rest area of the motorway to Marseilles and yet there is no car park security to ensure your vehicles are secure. The bathroom was very small, the shower was very difficult to get in and out of, no hand rails to hold. The towel rail within the shower area was hanging off the wall. The security light which is obviously in the car parking area was constantly coming on during the night, which gave rise to the possibility that someone was lurking around the vehicles. The bed was not up to the standard of other Ace hotels we have stayed in. Got the feeling it had been another brand of hotel, taken over and just superficially refurbished. Very poor experience and one we will not repeat.

28/6/25 je prend une réservation par téléphone ( dame gentille et agréable ). Il n’y avait plus de chambre pour 3 ( 2 adultes et notre fille de 5 ans) donc on réserve 2 chambres communiquantes. À notre arrivée il est 1h( c'était prévu avec la dame), le monsieur qui nous reçoit m’indique qu’on a plus nos chambres…. Il reste 1 chambre au 1er et 1 au rdc. Pas pratique avec la petite. Je lui dit: avez vous un lit bébé pour prendre notre fille avec nous, il me répond oui, pas de draps, pas d’oreiller pour la petite. Je lui dit que je ne suis pas satisfait il me répond si vous voulez partir allez y…. Nous prenons quand même les petits déjeuner du lendemain. Je lui demande pourriez vous faire un geste pour compenser votre erreur de resa, il me répond non monsieur…. Je suis désolé mais je ne mettrai plus un pied dans cet hôtel et je me charge d’en faire la pub ici!!!!

Hôtel au calme, propre, avec un accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Petit déjeuner très correct. En revanche le restaurant juste en dessous est pitoyable. Poulet froid , sec, écrasé de pomme de terre sans sel, carottes sans sel . Nous nous sommes arrêté lors d’un voyage entre l’Ariège et les Hautes-Alpes, cet hôtel est pratique, mais au vue de la qualité de la restauration du seul restaurant à proximité la prochaine fois on ira ailleurs. Une suggestion : pouvoir avoir des pizzas dans la salle du petit déjeuner de l’hôtel . Cela serait meilleur que le self de proximité.

Ayant passé 1 semaine ds cet hôtel, je peux vs assurer que vous ne serez pas déçu. Le personnel est très agréable et bienveillant. Les chambre PMR ou simples sont propres et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié et de qualité Malgré la proximité de l'autoroute, il n'y a pas de bruit. Merci pour leur accueil.

Une belle demeure familiale qui est devenue un hôtel d'exception. Nous avons aimé l'escalier monumental, la chambre immense avec de beaux meubles anciens, le jardin, la climatisation, mais aussi l'accueil du maître des lieux.
