The Sunfish room is similar to the typical hotel room, except it has a small but full kitchen. The Sunfish room is located on the second floor, and has easy access to all that Fairport has to offer. Walk across the street to the Lyric Bistro, Creamery, or putt putt golf. Clean and nice; easy check-in. Only downside was no couch or comfy chairs to lounge/watch TV. Close to beach and restaurants. Host communicated well.

Only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer! We spent a quick night while we were in Cleveland for a concert. In the AM we made our way down to the public beach… very nice. Perfect simple and clean room/space for two. Definitely will be back.

Great little place to stay!
This cozy little room has everything you might need. It was quiet and well equipped, and very clean. Also, Zach was very responsive to any of my questions. It was easy to gain access and the best location ever. We will be back!

Overnight stay
This property was accurate to description, walking distance to Fairport beach park, cute little downtown, close to Headlands Beach, dinner at Pickle Bills is a must. We will stay again.

Nice Apartment. Great neighborhood with small town ice cream shop, family restaurant and coffee shops nearby. Could use some improvements… No electric outlet in bathroom. Single cup coffee maker did not work. Local blackout — not fault of owner— but there were no emergency lights in building
