We are also reviewing the reports regarding room conditions, including stained linens, slow-draining fixtures, and television functionality. These are not the standards we strive to uphold, and I am genuinely sorry that your group encountered so many issues across multiple rooms. In the case of the overflowing toilet, our team should have responded swiftly and thoroughly. We’re currently addressing how that situation was handled and taking immediate steps to retrain staff where needed.
