THE SPACE This booking is for 1 bedroom on the main level of a residential home. The bedroom has access to a half bath downstairs and dedicated full bathroom on the second floor. BED CONFIGURATION 2 Single Beds The dedicated bathroom is on the second floor with a shower/tub combo. The potential exists for other guests to book other private rooms in the house and you will share the kitchen, living room, common area TV, dining room, garage, outdoor patio, laundry room and all amenities in the house with others. Outside shared amenities include a trampoline, basketball goal, and a lovely patio overlooking the large backyard where there’s plenty of room for kids and pets to play! We have exterior cameras (there are NO cameras inside the home). One vehicle is allowed to park at no charge. Each additional vehicle will incur a fee of $50 per vehicle per night. No smoking inside the house or garage. Guests who smoke will be charged a $4,000 fee for smoke odor removal. Shoes must be removed before entering carpeted areas of the house. No parties or additional guests who are not included in the reservation. All guests and dogs (max weight for dogs is 30 lbs.) must be included in your guest count in your reservation. This applies to anyone age 6 and over (kids 5 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times. 3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm. 4. No outside amplified music, bands, DJ's or anything similar is allowed. 5. Cars should be parked in the garage, on the driveway or directly in front of the house. 6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property. 7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood. 8. Please lock all doors and windows 9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. 10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises. 11.. 12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for. 13. Return furniture to its original location.
