Nice place. Quiet, enjoyable. Close to parks/walking trails. Host very responsive, easy to communicate with. Would recommend. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Small Town feel in Troutman It was a nice cozy place to stay and visit our family in nearby Mooresville. Everything we needed was provided. We really appreciated the Reverse Osmosis Water Filter in the kitchen. Also the washer & dryer were new and plenty of features. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had.

Amazing We stayed here for a few weeks, and this day was amazing. The a host was accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We had a storm while we were here and he reached out prior to tell us he was there to help if anything happened. The house is very well kep and we had no problems with anthing in the home. Great experience Was looking for a location around Statesville as my spouse had a job to do. I was going to join him and relax. The booking process was very easy. The property is pet. Friendly, host was extremely responsive to any question I had, the house was lovely and in stock with everything you needed except your clothes and food. The yard is fenced in and pet friendly, the master bedroom bed was so comfy. Will definitely book again.
