This hotel gave me a big surprise. I came to Guizhou from Shanghai and stayed in Guiyang for one night. I chose this hotel. I feel that the price-performance ratio is good. The front desk was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had children, we upgraded to an executive room. It was bigger! I was touched after entering the room! The room is really super big and there is a bathtub. The key is that the details are well done! The bedding is very comfortable and soft! I went to Qianling Mountain Park on the first day and my legs were almost broken from walking! Fortunately, I had a comfortable bath in this hotel and fell asleep at 9 o'clock. I had a good sleep. It was so comfortable! If I have the opportunity to stay in Guiyang again, I would like to stay here again! Hygiene, environment, service, and facilities are all 5 points!

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and patiently answered any questions I had. They also prepared small gifts for guests. The only downside to the room was that the carpet was too dirty and looked dirty. Everything else was fine.

First of all, the staff in all departments of the hotel are very warm and friendly, customer-oriented, and considerate of guests! Special thanks to Miss Jiang Jiang at the front desk, the service is super considerate!
Then, the location is very good, and popular attractions such as Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyun Market are two or three kilometers away! There is also a subway station about 100 meters from the hotel!
Finally, the breakfast is delicious (sour soup beef noodles, delicious!) The hygiene is also very good. When checking out and waiting for the elevator, I saw the auntie finish cleaning, and there were other aunties checking and disinfecting each room!
(Extra event: After breakfast in the morning, I wrapped two eggs and two sausages with toilet paper for the dog. When I was waiting for the elevator to go back to the room in the breakfast court, the restaurant)

The mini program can be bound to the guest to open the door without a room card. It is really practical for people like us who lose things easily. The quilt in the room is soft and very comfortable. (Then I just lay in the hotel all day and didn't want to go out orz) The towels provided were also very clean, without any peculiar smell, and could be used with confidence. The toilet is a smart toilet. Not only does it come with disposable toilet covers, but it also feels warm every time you sit on it, which is just right for such cold weather, hahaha. There is also a washing machine and dryer, which is super useful! ! Washing and drying clothes is quite fast. Clothes can be washed in 48 minutes and dried in less than 3 hours. Strategically located on level 41, the hotel overlooks Guiyang's landmarks such as the Guiyang Huaguoyuan Twin Towers and the White House, eateries, bus stops and metro station are all within walking distance. The family room was spacious and clean, featuring a mahjong table! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to taste the freshly ground coffee as we arrived after 10:00 pm. The friendly and efficient young female receptionist welcomed guests with fruits and snacks, and showed the available room types for our friends to choose from.

Location: Since I was on a business trip in downtown Guiyang, I chose their hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Nanming District, a landmark building, in the same building as Sofitel. It is very convenient to travel around, very close to Minsheng Road Snack Street, and you can see the Twin Towers in the lobby.
Service: Not long after I placed the order, I received a call from the hotel butler, asking about the check-in time and some special requirements, which was very detailed, and asked if I drove. I was very satisfied with the first experience. The butler Xiao Ming went downstairs to greet me, greeted me warmly, and helped me with the luggage.
Facilities: The lobby is on the 33rd floor, and the high-altitude view is very nice, overlooking the city view of Guiyang and Jiaxiu Building. Drinks and coffee snacks are available in the lobby. The butler took it to the room and gave a detailed introduction. It can be seen that the room selection is very attentive, L'Occitane's washing and care, Dyson hair dryer.
Hygiene: The whole room is cleaned in great detail, giving people a sense of home, very warm. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay in Guiyang, and I would choose their home again if I had the chance!

I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed.
When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important.
The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly.
I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room.
The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this.
The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming.
We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\
Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. Its inexpensive and I believe its worth the price.

GGuest UserThe Xinsu Qingdingge Homestay is the best B&B hotel we came across on our journey in Southern China. That is due to many factors: the place is just fantastic - a cosy and well kept guesthouse just along a river in a small village full of little water canals. Like a Guizhou version of Little Venice, but in a green county side setting. We, a family from Germany with two children, came by public transport. Owner Wang was so kind to pick us up from the Guiyang train station very late at night. He also showed us around, accompanied us to a local minority village and the Nanjing Grand Canyon. And organised us transport to our next destination. Wang, his family and staff made us fell home at once and we are very grateful for having had the opportunity to stay at this very beautiful place. The food & tea served was also really delicious. We hope that one day we can come back to this hidden perl in Guizhou.

SspatickCertainly lives up to its name as a hotel supporting the Guiyang North Station. Very easy to Didi to and from the station, taking less than 5 minutes either way. There is also a drop-off service provided. The hotel designated driver was a very helpful and polite young man.
Walking to the hotel from the station is also possible, but can be slightly more complicated.
(1) you will need to exit the station at the far end and go up to the open platform area (2) walk towards an underpass, there are some silver railings (3) enter the underpass and walk all the way through, there are hotel directional signs from here. (4) up the escalator and you have reached.

LLuigi CoStayed for 5 nights here. The hotel lobby is nice and the attendants were friendly. However, there is a bit of cigarette smell inside the lobby as some guests are smoking.
Location is good, its around 10minute walk to the nearest metro. There are bus stops within 10 minute walk too. There is a food hall just beside the hotel which is very convenient, and affordable too. The hotel is in a quiet area, and often not much road traffic.
We also had hotel breakfast here. They had lots of choices, mostly home cooked style food.. fried rice, eggs, vegetables, coffee machine, soy milk, noodles etc. They change some of their menu everyday. The lady making the noodles was also very nice and friendly.
For the room, we liked it. Clean and spacious. Bed was cozy. However the airconditioner was not that cold, seems it only reached around 24c.. which was just ok. Good thing is that the weather became colder on our 3rd night, so we just opened our windows. Shower pressure is also good. They provided us free water everyday, and tea..but no coffee.
Service was excellent and quick! It was also good that we can contact the service crew via wechat. Sevice crew were very friendly.
Overall good value for money and would recommend!

The pillows are big n filling. The breakfast is local and Western, with enough varieties, the coffee machine made nice coffee/s. Everything else are new and modern design with nice displays of modern art pieces. The hotel even provide complimentary light supper at 9.00pm. We plan to stay 1 night, but extended to 3 nights. On checking out, we were given a gift goodies as well, so impressive. ❤️, We ll travel again to Guiyang for sightseeing to lot of places we could not make this time and surely will stay here. To find easily, look for Luckin Coffee shop if you can't see the signage in Mandarin. The access to Reception is floor 10th from the elevator inside the Luckin Coffee.

GGuest UserOur recent stay in Room 1515 of the hotel for 3 nights from March 22 was very satisfactory and experienced warmth and excellent service from front receptionists and room service staffs. The arrangements for brunch to provide from 7:00 AM to Noon was superb and can further help to satisfy most travellers with time flexibility, a big plus. As a couple with strict vegetarian diet, the warm respondsive service to cater our special request to provide extral fresh vegetarian hot noodle soup for the three days were grateful and appreciated. We will highly recommend this hotel.

Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

Kkk85Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though.
Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people.
Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic.
Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by.
Overall a pleasant stay.

JJohnx20I had a wonderful stay at Blossom House in Qingyan Ancient Town, Guiyang. The location couldn't have been more convenient — it's right at the entrance to the ancient town, making it incredibly easy to explore all the charming streets and historic sights. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. They even invited us to a complimentary tie-dye workshop, which was such a fun and memorable experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Qingyan!
