Just as I was leaving, I received a call from the housekeeping manager, who told me I'd left my suitcase in my room (awkward). They immediately arranged for it to be shipped by SF Express. The hotel's service was incredible and incredibly prompt. I wondered if my luggage would arrive home before I did (grin). I give this hotel a 5-star rating."
