They have a poor service which need to improve… for everything you need to dial four four times

The hotel has a nice and clean lobby. Once you leave the lobby, the rest of the building is in disrepair. The carpets are filthy and smelly. Internet does not work at all. We had IT in our room at least 4 times in two days to try to fix it. They finally gave up. The food at the buffet was good, but very overpriced for what it was. I will not stay here again.

Very very bad experience in your restaurant.There is a big table having dinner their guests and one of them is having a bday too.but i doesn't mean that the whole restaurant is booked for them. They might be big shots and if they are then they could have booked up a banquet hall for a bday celebration. Because ur restaurant had turned upto a banquet hall. And a dance floor and all guests were disturbed. It's not that only they are in the restaurant many more including us were there. I had come all the way from Surat to celebrate my sister's bday today 17 may but sorry out choice of hotel was wrong. Ur musician was like paid by them today as he was playing for them. And I think he doesn't know what songs and how slow music to be played in the restaurant. Neither the waiter could not hear what orders we wanted to place . And it's 23: 10 and till now he is singing and now we finished our dinner but very very bad experience.. If big shots political people u want to entertain then u pls don't disturb other people or our bills should be on the house as our day was spoiled because of your negligence. This is totally non professionalism. I am also fro the same industry since 25 yrs but never seen such thing.

I don't recommend the hotel; it's very loud, guests and staff can't close doors quietly, and there's no respect for other guests. The breakfast is poor and outrageously expensive, and the restaurant is also not recommended. I ordered a salad and was served something wilted. I complained to management several times, but there was no improvement. The outdoor area resembles a garbage dump. This hotel once and never again.

Location is very prompt to reach near industrial and city mains. Amenities & services are good... Food not upto satisfaction in taste & cost, for me.

it was good. Since it is a wooden flooring. It was nit to clean…A bit improvement is required in Cleaning

Good decent rooms with fair response from staff. Room was not clean on entry, food ordered was not good .

not staying in hotel bescuse i am going to 6 am and hotel manager check in 2 pm. please refund my money
