"جميل جداً"

"موقع مريح، وقريب من المركز وسوبر ماركت. نظيف ومجدد لإعادة الهيكلة. الموظفين كانت لطيفة ومفيدة للغاية. ساعدنا زميل فريد في نوعية ترتيب الغرف. وجبة إفطار غنية ومتنوعة، مرضية. ما كان مقدراً جداً هو إمكانية ترك الحقيبة عند تسجيل الخروج واستخدام الدش والحمام. الغرفة التي حجزتها صغيرة ونظيفة مع سرير مريح ولكن لم اعلم انها تحتوي على حمام غير مغلوط وموقع اعلى من الصالة مزعجة للوصول للحقائب بسبب الدرج الضيق والعالي لم أقدر موقف الغرفة، كان لدي صعوبة لكن ليلة واحدة كانت جيدة. آسف على حمام السباحة لم يكن كبيرا جدا ومعرضا للشمس الصغيرة خلال النهار. المواقف متوفرة فقط لدفع المدفوعات، لذلك يضطرون إلى ركن السيارة بعيداً لأن الطريق المضاد للمستجمعات يُخضع للتأجيل لأنها محظورة بالتوقفات. الطريق أيضا فريد من نوعه، لذا يجب دائما القيام بجولة كبيرة للوصول إلى المركز مع الدراجات النارية، في حين أن تكون قريبة."

"We have just spent our family holiday at Cave Bianche Hotel, and leaving today is genuinely a little sad. What makes this hotel special is its people. Every member of staff greeted us with a smile and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great holiday. By the end of our stay, they felt more like familiar faces than hotel staff. A special thank you to the reception team; Eva, Grazia, Julia, Dario, Massimo and Angelo. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was recommending restaurants, arranging taxis or helping with any left field request. Danielle, Jlenia, Annalisa and Sonia in the bar and restaurant were fantastic throughout our stay, always friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed our conversations, and them indulging my feeble attempts at conversing in Italian. Laura from housekeeping greeted us every morning with a smile, and our room was always spotless. Alessio and Mattia around the pool were equally friendly and helped create such a relaxed atmosphere. A mention too for Emmanuel, who runs the hotel shuttle and is also the hotel’s go-to taxi driver. He was always reliable, accommodating and smiling. The hotel itself is a wonderful place to slow down and relax. We had planned to explore the island by bike but underestimated the amount of road traffic for our children (aged 7 and 8), so we ended up relying on taxis more than expected. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault at all… if anything, it meant we spent more time enjoying the hotel, which turned out to be a blessing. The food was consistently very good. The pool bar menu is fairly small, but the pinsa, burger and chicken Caesar salad were all excellent. At dinner, the beef en croûte, octopus and tuna tartare were our favourites. Overall, I can’t recommend Cave Bianche highly enough. The facilities are excellent, the food is very good, but it’s the people who make this place so memorable. Thank you to Laura, Danielle, Jlenia, Eva, Grazia, Julia, Dario, Massimo, Angelo, Annalisa, Sonia, Alessio, Mattia and Emmanuel for making our family holiday one we’ll remember for a long time. We hope to return one day. Grazie!"

"لقد قضينا عطلة جميلة. يتمتع المخيم بأجواء مريحة ومألوفة، وجميع الموظفين تمثل دائما الابتسامة على وجه الأرض، ومستعدون لمساعدتك في أي شيء. الأسعار ممتازة للعرض. ملاحظة خاصة تذهب إلى صوفيا، الشمس الحقيقية للمخيم: مليئة بالطاقة، متعاطفة جدا مع صوت رائع... ! ملاحظة أكثر: يقدم المخيم أسلوب الكاراكو في التسعينيات، مذهلة! شكرا جزيلا للجميع لجعل هذه العطلة مميزة جدا. بنطلون وآمل أن أعود قريبا!"
