This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is right in the heart of the U of A campus. Located right across the gates to Ole Main, just behind the Tri-Delt and Zeta houses, you really can't get much closer. It's just been re-modeled, and it's perfect for games, parents weekends, bikes blues, graduation, or just about anything that would bring you to Fayetteville. It has dual zone heat & air, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, a bbq grill, and loads of room to stretch out. You can relax on the big front porch, or on one of the 2 smaller decks on back, while listening to Ole Main's bells.
