Yichun Weimei Hot Spring Resort ★★★★★

📍 Weimei Wellness Valley, Gaofeng Road, Huangcheng Town, فنغ تشنغ

"As a Ctrip Diamond member for 11 years, I was truly shocked by this hotel. This is probably the first time I've given a bad review to a 5-star hotel! Aside from the price being the same as a 5-star hotel, everything else is completely unrelated. First, upon arriving at the hotel entrance, there wasn't a single staff member present, and cars were parked haphazardly. Then, the front desk staff were incredibly unprofessional, with a sullen face. I arrived first, carrying several bags, and she actually told those who came after me to check in first?! I booked a suite, but these suites are just two rooms connected together? Two separate entrances, and even inside the room, two entrances facing each other! It was truly speechless! Then there's the restaurant: waiting for a table took forever, milk was out and we had to wait forever, and the drinks were diluted and tasted completely watery. There seemed to be a lot of variety, but nothing was particularly good. Then there's the shuttle bus to the zoo: no one was managing it, and if you asked, they just told you to wait at the entrance. In the evening, I planned to go to the hot springs and buy a swimsuit, but a staff member was arguing with a consultant in the swimsuit shop…! The management problems are truly numerous! The service was completely lacking. You can't just focus on charging fees and neglect the most important aspect: service quality. I specifically looked at the negative reviews, and they were all very similar to what I said, showing that you haven't made any improvements! Fortunately, the zoo and circus were still quite good!"

"Full score praise does not step on thunder! Hotel location is very good, travel is very convenient. Clean and clean, the details are attentive. Needs can be dealt with in time. The bathroom is flat and wet, the toiletries are Qijin, and the living is safe and comfortable. The price is very high compared with the same price, it is recommended to travel friends to choose!"

Hampton by Hilton Fengcheng ★★★★
"The facilities are very new and it is considered to be a better hotel in the area. The hygiene is also good. The only drawback is that the chair handles are a bit greasy. The surrounding environment is very good. There is a library and Xinhua Bookstore next to it. The Municipal Government Square is just past the traffic light. There is local rice noodles for breakfast. The hotel is very good and worth recommending."
