酒店硬件一般，軟件服務才是可笑的地方，入住當天一進房間裏面上一位客人留下的的殘渣，長頭髮，死掉的蒼蠅就躺在地上，地都沒掃更別説拖地了。 更好笑的是第二天早上7點離開房間，晚上九點回去後發現房間竟然都沒有打掃過！ 打電話給客服中心第一句話不是不好意思，而是你有告訴我們要打掃麼？？這些年便宜的貴的酒店都住過，第一次聽説要主動告知才打掃衞生的！ 説沒有經過同意不敢進房間，那果盤是自己飛進房間的？ 有空送果盤沒空打掃房間？ 不打掃衞生，毛巾 飲用水這些備品不用補？ 晚上打電話投訴後至今沒接到任何酒店管理人員回訪。 從以上方面可以看出作為一家五星酒店管理層不作為，基層服務人員沒有工作標準，對於顧客的體驗的漠不關心，也許這種酒店就是一次生意，也沒準備讓你二次入住。 這個價位不如去住江邊民宿了，反正都沒什麼服務，起碼還有風景可以看。希望這次入住體驗可以幫助大家減少踩坑，不會被一家這麼不專業的酒店影響出門玩的心情。

嚴重、嚴重、嚴重安全隱患，服務差，房間有隱形門檻，沒有任何標識，酒店經理架子超離譜，太高姿態了，摔傷流血要經理來確認安全隱患點，回覆沒有時間，3個小時沒有人確認處理，最後也沒有任何處理結果。

前台服務很高效：入住的時候房間沒有出來，前台還是比較快催出房間休息了；客房阿姨很熱情：浴缸套、拖鞋和空調問題的響應速度很快；早餐人流很合適，味道很好；泳池超棒！！！接送高鐵站的效率高，怒贊！！！以及酒店下山的小路超級方便，走下去經過沈從文墓就到了沱江，下次來鳳凰還會住～
幾個建議：5015的落地窗玻璃碎了；高鐵去酒店的接駁需求其實也很大，非自駕交通不太方便；酒店外立面/陽台灰塵和污垢很明顯，看起來會顯得舊舊的。

暑期帶孩子到鳳凰古城遊玩，住在這家酒店，有恆温無邊泳池，居山景房性價比炒雞高，主要是服務態度真的超好呀！隨便走到哪都會有人面帶微笑來詢問服務。導航直接到停車場很方便，下車就有服務員小哥哥來接車，酒店很新很大，離古城有條小路過去，走路十分鐘就到了。無邊湯池，葯池，還有山上的隨便選，孩子相當開心，帶娃超級省心哦。體驗感棒棒噠！

畢竟是温德姆，整體感受還是可以的，房間的山景也挺棒。又有一條可以直接通往古城的小路，挺方便。
設施：有一個不是很友好的地方，從停車場進入電梯處，是一個上坡而且還是個常閉式門，一個人拖着行李箱和拿着行李，這個門很重，非常不方便…
另外，有一個比較容易發現的安全隱患，從電梯出去停車場，也是經過這個門，這個門打開，停車場的光線不足，又是立馬是一個落差下坡，現場沒有基本的安全提示或者其他防護警示措施，很容易導致摔跤，尤其是帶着小朋友們，跑來跑去很是危險⚠️
服務：有一個不是很明白的地方，我連續住了兩個晚上的酒店，在一個地方的温德姆早餐不用收費，這個地方又要收取小朋友69元的早餐費，不知道這個是管理規定的執行不同，還是説區域化的管理規定不同，這點表示比較疑惑。

位置很僻靜，是個休閑度假的理想勝地，酒店是鳳凰天花板酒店了，不論是裝修還是服務，沒得説~~~酒店提前安排了司機來高鐵站接我們，大概上車15分鐘就到酒店了，得知我們是家庭出遊，提前給我們佈置了親子房，剛好佩奇主題，和我女兒生肖一樣，太貼心了。酒店有一條路可以下去古城，走個5分鐘直接到江邊，這個非常棒，免得開車進城了。早餐品種也很豐富，温泉也順便體驗了一下，視野絕佳，可以俯瞰鳳凰古城夜景 是一個值得打卡的地方哦！[害羞R]

Hotel with Luxurious feel but far from Fenghuang ancient town so need to rely on taxi. Hotel has a complicated layout so can be a bit confusing navigating to the room. Rooms are spacious, in room bath with separate shower and shower. Only stayed 1 night but wished I could have stayed longer. We left early the next morning without enjoying the breakfast buffet but hotel was generous to supply some boiled eggs, fruits and bread for our train journey.
