酒店裝修簡單大氣，整體氛圍太治癒了，特別適合我們這種想逃離城市喧囂的人。前台工作人員小楊特別好，給我們升級了房間，還送了苗服體驗，穿去逛古城了。整體服務都很好，很有分寸感，不會過度打擾但隨叫隨應，體驗感滿分！

位置就在各大小景點和專線旅遊車的交通中心，步行到達鳳凰磁浮車站，十字路口傍乘計程車和公車也方便，交通非常高分了。品牌酒店各方面都滿意。磁浮站的觀景台可以拍到從高處看的鳳凰古城。

這次的入住體驗太棒了，必須來給這家酒店一個好評！一進大堂，裝修很大氣給人很舒服的感覺
房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味。床很柔軟，被子也蓬鬆，衞生間乾濕分離，各種洗漱用品一應俱全，細節拉滿
這個酒店位置很方便。不想走出門就可以打到的士。到古城也不會很遠
早餐種類豐富，中西式都有。餐廳費用員很熱情，特別是早餐裏面的榴蓮千層真的好好吃
這次住得超滿意，下次來這邊，還選這家酒店！

酒店的餐飲很不錯，早餐種類豐富多樣，無論是中式的包子餛飩豆漿，還是西式的麪包煎蛋，都做得十分美味，早上我們起床晚了，差點錯過早餐時間，打電話給前台，是小楊接的，她馬上聯繫了餐廳那邊並且説了我們的情況，到了餐廳後，餐廳的工作人員不僅沒有催促我們，還幫我們加了一些食物，謝謝小楊，謝謝餐廳的工作人員，真的真的是太貼心了。

下高速幾分鐘就到環境特別好，停車也方便，衞生特別好，早餐比較豐富，前台服務都非常熱情，酒店還有民族服裝體驗。酒店房間乾淨衞生，前台的小楊很親切，服務也細心周到，我們需要的物品都非常及時的送到房間了，臨走時，還送了水到路上喝，還有旅遊中心為我們提供了講解服務。還可以拿優惠票玩得特別開心，特別是晚上的購户晚會和穀苗寨體驗非常完美，體驗感非常好，值得推薦。
