Hotel location is superb just right beside Hongqiao (bridge) entrance and many restaurants surrounding. I’d been upgraded to a big room with balcony just facing the river best view. Strongly recommended

Great location, river view, beautiful at night. The downside is too noisy from people walking on the ground floor, surrounding bar. Suggest to sealed the window to prevent the noise. Shower is broken hence water not only came out from the faucet its also from the fuse, it should be fixed. Lao ban niang so friendly and they gave 1 free Miao jia dress so you can wear it and take a photo, additional charge for the headband and makeup. Overall is quite good stay as its only for a night

Good location with balcony looking out at the river. It can be noisy from morning to 11.30pm when the travellers start coming in and night with pubs singing till 11.30pm. If you want a quiet and peaceful stay, then not for this one. Otherwise, convenient access around the town. It has no lift and some walking in on uneven paths can be challenging for large luggage. Enjoyed the 3 nights stay.

Perfect location in Fenghuang! The view is incredible, and you can easily walk everywhere during the day and night. Washing machine in room was an excellent feature too. Can be a bit noisy in the evenings due to nearby bars playing loud music.

Hotel is nice, great location and friendly staff, the room is big and has all amenities. The only problem could be the access to the hotel, quite hard to find for people who don t speak Chinese and carrying big luggage up to the place can be challenging. I attach photos of Fenghuang right next to the hotel. Marvelous!

We had a great time staying at this hotel by the canal. The boss and the receptionist were super helpful and responsive. We will come back and stay again next time. Some tips, if you like your room to be cleaned and tidied up pls inform the front desk otherwise they will not enter the room. This is just the way they operate which is totally acceptable. If you want the best view you may consider to book at this hotel.

Staff were very helpful as I wouldn't be able to locate the hotel without them. It's hidden at the back of a costume shop. It's a great location, very nice view. Be aware the pubs play music until late so you won't be able to sleep until midnight but that's the same anywhere along the river. Room had a washing machine with detergent and good air con. The bed was weirdly short, I'm 167cm but my feet were hanging off the edge. The bathroom could be cleaner there was still hair in the shower drain but otherwise a nice stay.
