這個酒店是我們一家出遊住過的最差的酒店，價格還貴，還不如二百不到的民宿。酒店設施就是擺設，投影，不能看電視，衹能投屏，問前台服務員，怎麼弄，就是一副不耐煩的樣子，服務態度真的很差，而且衞生也差，居然還不提供礦泉水，這個價格一點都不值。

這次鳳凰之行感覺最舒服的就是住宿，這家酒店無論是裝修風格還是位置都是一流的，我們坐高鐵來的，在高鐵站直接坐1號接駁車就能到奇峯廣場，在散步300米就能到達民宿所在的虹橋旁入住，附近超市飯店，土特產店旅拍店應有盡有，非常方便，靠近江邊白天熱鬧，晚上不吵，前台服務非常好！熱情貼心，走到下游巷子有些迷路了，前台派了一位小哥親子跑來接我們回去，還叮囑了好多遊玩的注意事項幫我們避雷。晚上幫我們搶了《鳳凰樣子》大型篝火晚會票比平台上的還便宜，座位也靠前，節目好精彩那種身臨其境的感覺。房間住的很舒服非常棒！五星好評！就是照片是臨走時拍的有些凌亂~！

天氣很好，為了給媳婦拍美美噠的照片，一家人來到鳳凰古城遊玩，也帶孩子曬曬太陽，因為帶着寶寶，所以一開始搜了很久目標就是要兼顧交通便利，和乾淨舒適，最後選到這家酒店位置靠古城最中間，車可以直接開到門口。
到店後發現果然貨真價實，車開到了古城中心點虹橋，直接到了酒店門口，前台小哥熱情的過來迎接，面帶微笑禮貌給我們挨個問好，主動提行李，搞得我都有點不好意思了！這服務也太哇塞了！放好行李後幫我把車停到了停車場去。親自把鑰匙送到房間還送了四瓶礦泉水方便我們給孩子沖奶太貼心了！這次的鳳凰古城之旅非常滿意！尤其是住宿，真的到家裡都沒有被人那麼尊重過！感動到。這樣的老闆活該發大財！下次有機會再來古城還住這裏也會推薦朋友來住。
