"過年去鳳陽玩，選擇入住了鳳陽國際大酒店的標間，整體體驗比較複雜，想和大家分享一下。 • 入住服務：到達酒店辦理入住時，前台的服務給我一種濃濃的老國營風格，工作人員態度中規中矩，沒有太多熱情，但也不算冷淡。辦理過程還算順利，不過全程沒有提及任何酒店特色服務或福利。存放行李時，發現行李存放處很隨意，工作人員只是簡單將行李放在角落，也沒有給行李牌，這讓我對行李安全有點擔憂。 • 房間設施：走進標間，整體空間還算寬敞，佈局比較合理，兩張單人床擺放整齊，床上用品乾淨整潔，沒有異味。衞生間設施也較為齊全，不過部分設備看起來有些陳舊，使用時能感覺到明顯的磨損。電視、空調等家電都能正常使用，但是空調運行時噪音有點大，多少影響了休息。 • 酒店福利缺失：入住期間，沒有像其他酒店那樣提供迎賓水果，這點讓我有點小失落，感覺少了點入住的儀式感。而且還不送早飯，早上還得自己外出解決吃飯問題，不太方便。 • 酒店位置與氛圍：不得不説，酒店的位置真的很棒，周邊交通便利，不管是打車還是乘坐公共交通都很方便。而且酒店似乎是當地辦婚宴的熱門場所，我入住期間就遇到好幾場婚禮，現場十分熱鬧，不過人多也會稍微有點嘈雜。 鳳陽國際大酒店有位置優勢，但在服務細節和福利提供上還有很大的提升空間。如果酒店能在這些方面加以改進，相信會吸引更多客人入住。"
